Smitty Woodall was very professional and he kept me informed through out the repair process. When the car was ready he explained all of the repairs and went over what I had to pay for. He also went over some future maintenance items that I might need. I will definitely return to to Hays again and ask for Smitty.

I went to Hayes from a recall repair on my Jeep and I received great customer service from the moment of scheduling to the repair. Adrian made sure I was able to get a rental while the repair was being done and he also informed me of other issues concerning my car. I would recommend Hayes. Thanks

This place is AWESOME!!! I went to both Rick Hendricks and was treated poorly, Jim Ellis, and Carmax, nobody could get me in to a new car. I kept getting the run around, my credit ran 35 times by 1 dealer. Ricky Hart at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep is a great salesman, he takes his time with you, very good customer service kind and patient. He got me the in a 2018 and out of my 07.

Marisa was AMAZING!!! She listened to us and what we wanted to see. She showed us only bans that were applicable to our needs and then she went on to make it meet our expectations with the help of finance!! It was a great experience and I would buy from her and this dealership again!! Customer service at its finest!!

We purchased our vehicle from Hayes almost 5 years ago and only use their repair shop for maintenance. Smitty is my favorite service advisor by far. He explains everything very well and had great communication while my car is in their shop. We love it here.

Recently bought a car from here, would highly recommend Dee Moody as to he’s a very honest, friendly and trustworthy rep. Very satisfied with purchase thus far and would definitely buy from this establishment again. Took one star away only because wait time was a lot longer than anticipated but that takes nothing away from EVERYTHING else they’re great at!

Did plenty of research and calling multiple car dealerships to find my wife the car she wanted at the best price available. Several other dealers said Hayes would not honor the price I had initially received from my phone conversations and text messages. Which was the best price received on the exact same car from the other 2 dealerships. In a way they were right, when I arrived at Hayes and sat down to look over the numbers we were able to lower the price by $1500 more. During the entire process there was no pressure or waiting game tactics. I was treated with respect and honesty. Not only by my salesperson but the entire staff. Hayes showed me that they valued my time and the balance of the purchase process was quick and efficient. Hayes has earned my respect and will be giving 1st consideration in my next vehicle purchase. I will also be highly recommending them to all my friends and anyone else I speak to about a vehicle purchase. Well done Hayes, and thank you for one of the best experiences I have had in buying a new car.
