I had the Best car buying experience with Samuel Hesketh-Tutton at Herb Chambers Mini of Boston. It was easy, he was so friendly and informative. Buying a car can be so stressful and you can be guarded as to who to trust. Sam was very genuine and no pressure. He took the time to sit with me in my new car and explained all the features .He even helped me to transtion out of a lease with a different car dealer and make. It was a great experience and I truly have never enjoyed a car as much as my new Mini.

I really enjoyed my experience at Herb Chambers MINI of Boston. Sam was super accommodating and never said no to any request I had. I went on multiple test drives at different times of the day with different cars, and he always made it possible. He even found exactly the car I wanted - and I've been loving it! If you ever want to get a MINI - go to Herb Chambers and ask for Sam!

We had a very good experience at this dealership and were very happy with how things turned out. The entire process went really well and I love my Mini. My only critique would be that it would have been nice to have gotten a follow-up call or email asking about the car was working out as there were a few glitches when I picked up the car. However, overall it was a very good experience.

This was my third time doing business with this dealership. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. With my latest “MINI,” I had the pleasure of working with Sam. He went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted and his attention to every detail made the transition seamless. He was relentless in checking daily inventories and always responsive to my every email or phone call. He is extremely educated on the product he sells and a such pleasure to work with. A special thanks to Katie and Liz as well for all their efforts and accommodations in giving me the best price out there. They take the stress out of negotiating and literally make the financial aspect of the process stress free. There is no other dealership out there that can compete. If you’re in the market for a Mini Cooper, they are hands down the best at what they do in the Boston area and I would never consider going anywhere else.

We worked with Sarah Hunter and the differences both in product quality and customer experience were immediately obvious. Sarah created, quite frankly, the ideal car buying experience. A brief review of working with Herb Chambers, specifically Sarah Hunter, to acquire a new Mini Cooper S convertible in July 2018. This was the second Mini I purchased from Herb Chambers, and have had three serviced there over the years, and my experience to date has been stellar all the way through. Sarah was especially helpful in how she presented options as I ended one lease and moved to a new one. She was not only pragmatic, but somehow managed be all that with humor and grace. I will definitely be back.

Our experience of buying a MINI from this dealership will be virtually impossible to surpass! I was absolutely blown away by the attention to my needs that Kate George showed. She is an absolute legend! The car was a present for New Year's eve, and Kate did everything possible, right from the day we placed the order, to make sure that I had the car in time and that the day was as special as could be. She kept me apprised of the car's whereabouts (from the factory floor, to the docks, through processing and to the dealership), and it made the process much more exciting. She has a very pleasant way about her and is a credit to the BMW/MINI brand. Thanks, Kate! David handled the delivery for us, and he is an absolute gentleman. I recently leased a car from Herb Chambers Mini of Boston- The salesmen Sam Tutton could not have made it a better experience. With a no-nonsense approach, Sam presented me the best deal that I had found, in a short amount of time, for just the car I wanted. Sam's follow through was especially pleasing. He kept the entire experience positive right through us picking up the car. Returning every call in a timely manner, getting me any information I requested right away and taking the time to teach us how to use the many features of the car was reassuring. David is someone I would immediately go back to and would highly recommend. Everything was top-notch, professional, honest, and quick. He knew what my expectations were and didn't mess around trying to put me somewhere uncomfortable. In fact, he seamlessly exceeded my expectations and I ended up buying a better car.
