I can't believe the change in the service department since my last visit! The service manager (i neglected to get his name) ushered me to check in, carrying the bag of newspapers and magazines I had brought in anticipation of a 3-hour manufacturer recall. Sam, my advisor, was solicitous throughout, offering me bottled water numerous times in the waiting room.. The work was completed sooner than expected, and my car was washed..

This was my best car buying experience by far! There was never any push whatsoever to purchase any upgrades/add-ons beyond the original Internet provided price. Actually I received the car a bit under the Internet price. Joe and Patrice my sales folks were great! Joe spent a number of hours searching for the exact colors I wanted and getting it in. Patrice was super personable and fun. Lisa from finance was hilarious and a pleasure to work with. Just a great expiriance.

GREAT Customer Service! I financed a car from Heritage Mazda while they were in the Reisterstown location almost 10 years ago. My experience was wonderful as I received exceptional customer service. They made me feel like I could trust them with choosing the right car for me. I continued to patronize the service department for the following years with never any issue. Always a pleasant experience. I did run into a bit of an issue at this new Catonsville location after having not gone to Heritage for a few years. However, the service manager was extremely accommodating! He did everything he could within his means to make sure I was happy and satisfied. He did more than that! Thank you Randy and team Heritage!!! Also, they have very clean, attractive, and comfortable facilities and waiting area with some refreshments while you wait.

I was very interested in buying Mazda Miata but I wanted to do test drive it before letting them check my credit or giving them any information. But the manager (Steve) said he can't let us test drive it unless we are 100% sure we are gonna buy it today. I can't make commitment for 30k car without driving it and I didn't even get to see the car. I didn't appreciate the customer service I received and I'm gonna take my business somewhere else that I get more respect and better customer service.

i just want to thank Heritage for a great purchasing experience. Once I pulled on the lot I was met by an enthusiastic salesman named Randy, who was very patient with me as he walked me through the lot as I tried to decide what I wanted. The Finance Manage, Joseph Garner Jt., was excellent as he worked the numbers for me so that I could get the payment I wanted. Overall it was a good buying experience.

My husband and I came yesterday to check out a car and ended up getting two cars. Joshua little John helped us out and let us drive the car before purchasing it. Joshua gave us great customer service along with the General manager Stephen and Lisa from Finance department. We enjoyed the conversations we had with them and made our car purchase really quick and easy. We are really thankful!
