Man! These guys are here for you!!! They are motor heads and give awsome customer service and try and discount the best they can when they can. I walked just to look at a raptor 700r and the difference between the 700 base model. Dan explained the difference between the two then we talked about cars for 15mins...he didnt try to lay on the sells tactics he let me just be there and I appreciated that. We talked some more about quads and I decided to pull the trigger there and than. Paper work was quick and the other Dan helped me out I. The gear department. Now that I think of it all of the guys there name start with D. My man D got me in and out with the paper work and conversation with him was great as well. We found we had alot in common. I went back 4 days later to grab some boots and both Dan's were patient as I tried on 5 pairs of boots. This is def my go to shop for motor gear service and apparel for now on!!!!!

If you're thinking of coming here for a MD state inspection, and you have interest in actually passing, I'd urge you to go elsewhere. I'll start by saying that I understand why inspections on used vehicles are important. Everyone on the road benefits by ensuring your bike meets a specific safety standard. I also understand that there are rules and guidelines that inspecting mechanics must adhere to. That said, the mechanic(s) at Heyser Cycle went out of their way to fail my bike for anything and everything they could find that wasn't in mint condition. My bike has been down before. It's 18 years old and has 22k miles on it. There are things that aren't perfect, but everything easily meets the standards for an inspection. That's not just my opinion, but also the opinion of the certified mechanic at a shop down the road who passed the bike not an hour after it was failed at Heyser Cycle (for a cheaper price, i might add). I'm not going to go into the details of the garbage "issues" they failed me for, but I'll say this: If you bike is in anything but "like-new" condition, get it inspected elsewhere.

Manager was there to check us in at the counter for a motorcycle oil change. The service team seemed happy to be there and also seemed to genuinely enjoy the work. The manager followed up on our first visit and we really appreciated that. Professional team, I would recommend.

They took good care of me and my Yamy! Got me out of there in a timely fashion and also took care of some other intricate things that my bike needed. I will continue to come to back here as long as they are around.

These guys are awesome! If you need your Honda serviced, go to these guys. Even though they could not get my locks off to service my generator.....they tried hard and then did not even charge me. So give Heyser Cycle all your Honda business.

Very satisfied with their parts department. Easy to deal with, and very kind staff members behind the counter. However, that's where my gratitude towards them ends. The service department is among the worst I've ever encountered. The prices they quoted me were absurd, they failed my MSI for multiple illegitimate parts (Confirmed by 2 other **independent** inspection stations), and they're lacking overall professionalism. Beyond that, they appear to be disorganized and very disinterested in providing a decent overall experience. The waiting room is underwhelming and very physically neglected. I mention this purely as an anecdote, and it had no value in the rating I gave. I don't write reviews.. Ever. But I felt that anyone considering this place should be aware of it's caveats. If it weren't for the quality of their parts department, I would have given this place a 1 star.
