This is our first time buying a Range Rover & visiting a Land Rover dealership. The buying experience at the Land Rover of Albuquerque dealership was a smooth purchase. The dealership even let us keep a Range Rover overnight to try out before purchasing. Our salesman Larry provided outstanding service throughout the process. Sales manager Danny was easy to work with during negotiations to get the right price & financing we were looking for. Rahma in Financing provided an easy paperwork transaction. Even met the interim GM Jeff. As you can see, Just about met the entire staff at Land Rover Albuquerque. We are very pleased with the purchasing experience at Land Rover of Albuquerque. Great place to do business. The staff is Outstanding!!!

Fast service, but was not properly informed about how much i was going to be charged in labor prior to me arriving back to pay. I was hit with a extra 400$ that wasn't brought up, i thought the prices spoken to me was the total cost. Extremely annoying, and i will not be returning anymore for my service.

My Dad, friend and I were driving to Arizona State University from Chicago when out of no where I had an electrical problem with my Range Rover Sport causing it to break down. The next day on Saturday we had my car towed to Land Rover in Albuquerque at 8:00am. Right away Andrew was able to help us figure out that I needed a new altanator and battery. He went out of his way to help us and ensure I would make it back to Tempe, Arizona to start the semester. By 5:30pm Saturday my Dad, friend and I were on the road. Ask for Andrew to work his magic on your car.

If I could I would leave 0 stars . Customer Service was so bad at Land Rover of Albuquerque...had our car in for 6 weeks.. they had some personal issues with personnel is what is the reason for the delay they said. Every time we would call and talk to someone in service they said they would keep us updated and they never would we would we always have to call them. We have finally received my car back and we are still having issues, we called them and let them know we need to bring it back and need a loaner car and they said they would not loan us a car because they don’t loan cars for vehicles older than 2013. What a coincidence because my car is a 2012!!! Land Rover Albuquerque has loaned us cars in the past so this is very frustrating. It just makes no sense we’ve owned land rovers for years and never had an issue with a loaner car and we’ve had land rovers older than 2012 all with warranty. Something must done about the quality of the service here. We’ve done service in California and Oklahoma and never had issues. When you buy such as expensive car you would expect better service and quality all around .

Have had my 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged for almost 4 years now and really enjoy it. And I’ve been getting the annual service done at Land Rover Albuquerque on Alameda. They always provide excellent service and do a great job every time. I can highly recommended this dealer if you’re looking for the best service.

Very good sales experience. Didn’t feel like the typical haggling one experiences at most dealerships. The staff was very knowledgeable about the cars and have been with Land Rover for many years. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased a vehicle from jaguar and found the customer service to be outstanding! Chad was a great sales person with no aggressive tactics. He was down to earth and very personable. The Finance Mgr Rama, was also very nice and didn't use aggressive tactics. The whole experience was painless (other than the time for all the paperwork, but we can't get away from that) and I would recommend buying your next vehicle from them. Everyone was very professional!

We took our Range Rover Sport in for some Warranty work,(valves making excess noise, whining noise at certain speeds, and low power).We received a loaner vehicle while it was in for repair. After 4 weeks and no call call from Land Rover we reached out only to find out they had some internal employee problems and the service advisor assigned to our car had been terminated, they hadn’t even diagnosed our car. A new advisor was assigned and we were assured he would keep us informed of their progress. They had our car an additional 4 weeks and we never received any update calls from them, we had to reach out to them weekly. I should add that we have the extended warranty and we were told that the warranty process takes longer due to the warranty company has to approve each step of the diagnoses. After receiving our car back (the first day) we noticed the air suspension was not operating properly to which I called Land Rover to inform them and said I would call back in a couple days to schedule the repair (Due to holiday). On the second day the red warning ⚠️ light came on and after checking the codes ( lean bank one and bank two) I proceeded to look up possible causes and find that upon re assembly they didn’t connect an intake hose which caused this fault. Now we call to schedule the repairs and we are now told we can’t have a loaner car because our car is a 2012 model and they only supply loaners for 2013 and newer. Everywhere we have been and we’ve owned 4 different Land Rovers we have always received a loaner when doing warranty work. This is the Last Range Rover I will ever buy and I strongly recommend not using Land Rover of Albuquerque. They were rude,disrespectful and inconsiderate. One expects when you spend this kind of money on a vehicle you should get a higher standard of service. We will find another service provider for our car.
