The easiest buying experience, I put a request in on-line. Got a response back quickly. Called and went over some details and figures. let them know later in the day I wanted to do it. Picked up my new CAR the following day. Easy and painless. Very happy so far.

My recent experience at Jerry's Toyota purchasing a car far exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff made me feel at ease as they spent time listening to my needs and desires. All staff members were very passionate and knowledgeable. Because of this, I was guided to explore multiple options which increased my confidence in making my final decision. Unlike my past experiences at other dealerships, I did not feel overwhelmed to quickly make a decision and was given the space I needed to make sure I felt comfortable. I truly appreciate the quality of time they spent with me and look forward to visiting them again in the future.

The team at Jerry's went above and beyond to help me with my service needs. I had an appointment with Neil initially, but he was busy with another customer when I arrived. Amanda stepped in and got my car serviced quickly enabling me to get other things done that day. It was an excellent experience there. Thumbs up for Amanda.

Unbelieveable. The salesman was knowledgeable, the trouble came when we went to sign the contract. They lost our driver's license while working on the financing contract. Said he was going to "make a copy", came back with no copy, no driver's license, and couldn't remember having the license. Had the audacity to ask us MULTIPLE TIMES for us to check our pockets, as if we would lie about something like that. The license was lost in the salesman Fletcher's care. Very knowledgeable about his cars, but don't do business with him. They also asked my to google our car's trade in value myself. After we walked out, the general manager sent us texts asking us to come back. Don't ever go to this dealership. Worst experience I've ever had at one, by far. UPDATE: Bought the car we were looking for today, at a different dealership, and it was a higher trim level for a lower sale price than we were offered here. There are better deals and customer service elsewhere!

I was recommended by a friend. As soon as I walked in everyone was very nice and professional. My salesman Fletcher was very patient with me while I looked at many cars before finding the one I really liked. He explained everything in a way so I understood everything and it was a lot easier than I initially thought buying a car would be. I´m glad my friend told me about Jerry's and I will be glad to recommend coming here to anyone I know who is wanting to buy a nice car. Thanks for the great experience!! I love my new Toyota!!

Also, the manager is great he was very nice and helped me out so much with purchasing my car. I would give this team 10 stars if possible. Super good customer service!

I absolutely loved working with Jordan. He made the process super simple and stress free. I had constant communication with him throughout the whole process.
