In May I got a Chevy Equinox and needed to find the place where I would regularly get it serviced. I knew right away that I was going to use Jim Ellis. I have quite a few friends that have brought cars from them and had service done on those vehicles and they were pleased. Can I say that I'm pleased too. The customer service is the best in the business. They haven't taken too long to get to my car for service and if they know it's going to take a while, well you can borrow a car from them or go next door and get a car from Enterprise that they pay for. Can't say enough good things about Jim Ellis. All I can tell you is to try it out yourself.

I came in to get my truck serviced as I was heading out of town. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted everyone was friendly. Service was excellent I was surprised at how fast I was in and out. And so far everything checked out perfectly.

Oil change went very quickly. Had to wait a while for the free car wash, but it was worth it. Got the truck back looking brand new. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and has vending machines, bathrooms and televisions.

This was an amazing experience. I can't say enough about the team... I had the personal opportunity to work with several different of the team members and I am more than happy with me my experience. I want to take the time to recognize them individually. Maya- the internet representative was thorough and very kind in all of her communication. Sam- The finance manager was very fluent with product knowledge and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best deal. Dennis- The sales manager was transparent and flexible with making sure I was comfortable with the sale. Hilda- The saleswoman of the year. She was kind, courteous and surprisingly new to the team. Her candor was so impressive that I just couldn't help to feel great about my new Colorado. She sales like a season veteran. Find new roads at Chevrolet!

Gavin, Reggie and Karrie were great to work with. The car was ready to go for a test drive when I arrived, and was exactly as described online. We were in and out of the finance office quickly, and Karrie was great.

As much as I appreciate the comforts of the waiting area, and a service area that starts as a five star when you pull into the bay with someone to greet and open the door for you it quickly diminishes upon entering the area to interface with a service consultant. There is no proper queue. There is no one to manage the order of who is next with two ways to enter this area. This happens with an appointment. When I have to get a stranger together when he or she disregards the line it makes for the rest of my time there to be highly disappointing. When a service consultant does not have a sense of who is next all of the comforts created may as well be garbage because that’s how you’re setting up the experience.

Gets one star because the sales guy worked very hard. Ended as a very disappointing visit. My daughter and and were there for 3 hours. We completely close the deal finishing up with the sales guy, got the keys,programmed my phone to the vehicle. At that point the senior financial advisor who finishes the paperwork, takes my father to the back. Dishonors the contract agreed on, leaves him sitting there for 30 additional minutes. And then instead of being honest that he didn't want to follow the deal that was already placed,he decided to create a story to make me feel like the deal decided was not the correct decision. Im beyond upset about the unprofessional, unorganized business i was dealt here. I definitely would not recommend anyone wasting there time. Completely dissatisfied very upset customers. It should be some type ramifications for behavior as such. They say you get the best with Jim Ellis we must have had the wrong place, and my referrals will be sent elsewhere.

I purchased my vehicle March 2018 and was told I would receive 3 oil changes at no charge. I went was there for my third free oil change and was told that my paperwork only reflected two free oil changes. I even had the name of the financial manager that I worked with Sam and still was charged full price.

I went to Jim Ellis for service, trading thoughts, and with a model on my mind. I left the dealership happier than ever, drove home with a different, nice and recent SUV, The team got me into a mid-size SUV that met all of my expectations in a vehicle and financially. Cathy was an exceptional sale rep. She went above and beyond to make my customer's experience one of a kind. Johnny was a true professional. He made sure all of my questions were answered. If you want a car Kalo is a wonderful salesman and Sam is the best financial specialist in the business. I've purchased to vehicles from Jim Ellis Chevrolet and still riding satisfied . Oh ,and I dare not forget the service department. They treat you with respect and help maintain the long life of your vehicle. Robert also gets a thumbs up in service. That's my satisfaction story and I m sticking to it.
