I was assisted by Jeff to find the right car for me, the facility was very clean and modern, as far as inventory they definitely has allot of options and i did find the ideal car for me.
Jeff my sales person was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with my questions and he help me understand everything i asked
I have a 2006 GMC Sierra Diesel that needed some work done as the engine light came on but it still seem to be running fine. Called Woodland Hills GM Saturday morning and they were able to take it in immediately and I got the truck back that afternoon. Just needed a software update and they had the right equipment and right professionals to do the job right. The Service Advisor, Allen, was kind, courteous and professional. A real pleasure to work with as he was knowledgeable about what was needed to be done on my truck and not just taking guesses like I’ve experienced at other places. Woodland Hills GM definitely earned my business for all future service needs.
Although I did not want to go to a dealer and get “ripped off“ which is the normal thought, my car was towed to Keyes Buick GMC. I have to admit they did a wonderful job in a short time and I left there feeling way better about Kies Buick than I ever thought I would. They took good care of my entire car and I took it back fixed with a wash and a vacuum which I desperately needed.
I went in for service on our car, Allen our service advisor was great, everything was very quick and easy.
Also Chaz was a big help to us. He showed us all the features on the car and set up everything.

I bought my GMC Denali in 2007 from this Dealership and have brought it to this Service Department since then. “Sam” in the Service Dpt is absolutely wonderful! I would change service department and Dealerships if Sam wasn’t there. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest & truly cares for his clients. Thank you Sam!

Great service, fast/quick appointment and great communication. Jessie was awesome! Only negative was the “car wash” they did, my car was pretty clean since I washed it the previous day and the “car wash” they did after the oil change I went in for left the hood of my car all smeared and dirty. It would have been better if they had skipped the so called wash. I’ll go back for my next oil change but hopefully I’ll remember to ask them to skip the “car wash”
This was my first experience at this dealership, to get oil change and tire rotation. It was very pleasant. Although the wait was longer than anticipated, there was so much to keep me occupied. There were computers available to use, which I took advantage of that awesome perk. The waiting area had all the comforts one could ask for. There’ was plenty of shopping and eateries right within walking distance. To top things off with a nice caveat was they washed my vehicle, and did a very impeccable job! Great customer service was given from the moment I stepped through the door. Way to go GM!😊
What a great place! I usually loathe the car buying process but these guys made it a comfortable and positive experience. If you go to Woodland Hills Keyes you need to work with Brian (salesman) and Joe (sales manager). They are the best; attentive, kind, and just all around great guys. Trust me!
I love the customer service. It was my first time getting my car serviced here because there’s another Cadillac dealership closer to my house, but after a horrible experience there, I decided to try this one. I’m very happy and will continue to make the drive for future services.
