Customer service is horrible!! Their was a opening for a 9:00am slot on Saturday that I took and when I get there I was informed that the slot wasn't supposed to be taken...... Well why was it open???? Even so I didn't get a call, a text, nothing to say hey I made a mistake. Woke up showed up thinking I was gonna get a haircut instead didn't get a haircut nor an apology just turned around saying come back later. Because of this barbershops unprofessionalism I had to go to and important meeting without a haircut. Thanks for nothing and will not be coming back. The barbers name is Damon.

Moved to Dallas about two and a half months ago and was looking for a new barber. Decided to try out Kutinfed. I booked an appointment with Damon and he did not disappoint. Edged everything up the way I wanted and even took the time to sponge my hair. Very professional stuff on his part. I went back again this past Saturday and I am going to keep coming back.

I have to commute about 40- 45 minutes to get to Kutinfed but it’s worth it to me. I’ve been to several different barbers and this is the only one where I feel I get a decent haircut. I’ve gone several times and each time the shop was clean and my barber was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Kutinfed to anyone looking for a good barbershop.

I like the shop. I'm middle eastern and was concerned I wouldn't be able to find a good barber since moving from California. I think it's safe to say that Elan is by far the best barber I've ever had, not only that she has done the best job on my hair and shave than I've ever experienced. She's skilled and I can truly appreciate her skillset. Check her out!

Most amazing barbershop in Dallas. When I moved here I wasn't sure where to get my haircut so I went here on a whim. I'm glad I did. Black does such a great job with my hair and don't trust anyone else with it

Rated as one of the top 10 barbers in Dallas you would think it would be accessible to possible clients. You could call, leave a message or go on-line to I guess get on a "list!" It was never clear. I am here from out of town an need a hair cut. This obviously will not be the place.

Very professional barbers and a very welcoming atmosphere. As a female going to a barbershop it can be a little intimidating at times but I must say this is a very relaxed atmosphere. Ladies (and men) if you’re looking for a female barber whose very experienced, has perfected her craft, will listen to your request and fulfill them you must see Elan. She is absolutely GREAT and her cuts are superior. I travel from far north Dallas just to have her cut my hair! I highly recommend her especially to women with natural hair. She’s great!!

We took my son here and Black gave him his first haircut. He did a great job! The atmosphere was nice. Not crowded. Very clean. You have to make an appointment so there was no wait. They even gave my son a certificate for his first haircut. We're definitely going back!
