Took my car to get fix they told me it should be ready by 4 or 5 pm they close and never got a call from them I was very upset cause they could communicated to me what was going on but nobody call have to wait to the next day to get my car back😤 if I could give 0 I would do it .

We recently took our Journey in for some repairs. We dropped it off and were supposed to get a call that same week (friday) in regards to it being ready. We didn't get a phone call and popped in to get a status. The person working our car was gone for the day and our vehicle wasn't ready. We called the next day and found out the part they ordered was the wrong one that shipped to them. Long story short, the backing of our middle row seat corner has been popped out and looking ridiculous for a while and they were nice enough to fix it for us. Overall, we have had a great experience.

It’s always a pleasure working with a professional like Howard, it seems as he enjoys his job as it reflects on his customer service. NOTE; He is the ONLY PERSON in that department I will ever deal with others are rude, condescending, mock and put down customers thinking nobody is watching or hearing what is going on, they do a great job acting like they are busy. The day that Howard retirees or leaves that dealership I will also. So, anyone reading this should only make their appointment with Howard or else your experience will be nauseating.

Was ignored by lady working at service department for at least 15 minutes. No one explained what the recall was about or if it was even fixed. According to papers it was. Fluid levels not checked, had to fill up coolant on our own. She just handed us our papers and thats it. Not very friendly and horrible customer service.

I don't recommend buying anything here. They don't stand behind their products. I bought a $50,000 truck from them, and took it in for service. I told the service assistant that there are some defective electronics in the truck that do not work when it gets hot outside. His response was "there is nothing I can do about that." I had to get into an argument with him to even get them to look into. Then of course they tell me "no problem found." I questioned them about what they did to investigate the issue and they did basically nothing.

TERRIBLE! The service writer (Howard) will not answer his phone nor will he return calls. The assistants won't even return calls and did not relay important messages to the service writer. They sent me text messages that tell me to reply to this text if you need anything. So I did. They don't even read the texts that I sent! Did not address all of the concerns I had asked about. The parts they ordered were there for a few days and nobody called me to set up the appointment for them to install. I had to call them! This is not just from one visit, it's both times I had to leave my vehicle with them. Sounds like they have a systemic problem at this place which is a serious lack of communication. If I was closer to the other Jeep dealer in town I would definitely take it there. I can't imagine why a paying customer would ever go back to this dealer. There is no excuse for this lack of customer service. I do have experience in this field as I was a service writer, an assistant service manager and a technician for a Toyota dealership in the past. Hopefully the General manager will read this and make some changes. I'd be glad to give more constructive feedback to them if contacted.

$800 hitch receiver ended up costing $1400 (with a labor "discount") and taking a year to fully install on my brand new vehicle. Lots of time spent in waiting area, parts on backorder and then not ordered at all, and then re-ordered, and then no call when it FINALLY came in. Meanwhile my rear bumper is off and looks tacky for a year. After first being told I wouldn't have to pay for the additional part they didn't know I needed, it finally arrived and that no-charge was out the window. But I needed it to have a function work properly, so fine! THEN I needed another part to actually make it work proper. I'm never returning! Horrible way to treat a repeat customer who bought a new vehicle.

I was very impressed with the fast service but apparently it came at the cost of it not getting fixed at all. My wiper fluid still leaks. Also the text option for my service manager didn't work because I never got a response. So now I have to schedule a second day, for a second attempt at repair and hopefully get someone with enough passion in doing a good job, that it actually gets fixed, since the first time was a complete waste of time.

I have never had an experience that left me with such a poor impression of a car dealership as I have had with Larry H Miller. My Dodge Ram had a recall so I called Larry H Miller to arrange an appointment to have it fixed. I took my truck in and had my first impression. NOBODY, and I mean nobody acknowledged me. I had to actually walk up to someone sitting at a desk to figure out where to go and what to do. Eventually I got checked in and went to work. I received a call later saying they did not have the needed part and so they could not service my truck. They would have to reschedule at a later date and I had to take 1 ½ hours off of work for their incompetence. I eventually got called for another appointment, so I took my truck in again. It was fixed this time, but when I picked it up I had a few problems. My key gets stuck in the ignition now, I had a low tire pressure indicator, and the hood was not closed all the way. The tire was so bad that I actually had to call roadside assistance a few hours later to change my tire. I tried calling my “service advisor,” Christopher James three times to correct this issue. To date, I have not heard back from him. I have called to speak to the service manager as well and he or she also does not return messages. I am now emailing Dodge at the national level in the hopes that I may have some resolution to these problems. We will see what happens. I will never return to Larry H. Miller and I will do all I can to let as many people as possible know not to go to Larry H. Miller.

So work wise done to my car 2015 Dodge Challenger was outstanding and in a very timely fashion. I also have a 2015 Dodge Charger and the service on that car is the same outstanding, the only thing that i cannot understand and this happens every single time is the customer service, i don't know if they provide any type of training in customer service but they just don't know how to deal with people or at least for the car service part of the company because try and buy a car and the are then nicest people ever. I will change to a 5 start ones we get that down.

Larry H. Miller Jeep Did everything possible to get me the best price for my trade in and new Rubicon purchase. Customer service has been prompt and courteous. I highly recommend giving them a call before buying anywhere else!
