Went to look for an new SUV was looking at 4runners had advertised at 339 a month with 2k down for 36 months on approved credits. Took it for a test drive loved it but once I said I was interested the deal changed to 3300 down and 430 a month on approved credit. Complete bait and switch with these guys would not recommend at all.
Best service in town by far. Was treated respectfully and as if our business was valued. Lawrence was great I reccomend all my family to Larry Miller Toyota!
Roberto Canales in the service department gave us fast, friendly & efficient service. We were in the middle of a road trip and had just stopped in Albuquerque overnight. We needed to check our tires in the morning before we resumed our drive. Roberto took us right in, got us aired up, and even took care of our spare tire. Larry H Miller is a great place to buy a car! Amazing service and great vehicles! The staff here is very friendly and inviting. I was lucky enough to be there during a BBQ, which was awesome that they do that for their customers. Best place to buy a car, and Brandon is an amazing sales agent here. Very helpful!
I took my car to get serviced and I told the service writer that my car had a K&n air filter and I didn't need to be replaced he noted it . I checked it later and my filter was stolen and replaced with a oem filter . Don't ever ever trust this guys I made a call to the manager he never returned my call they have the wrst service . If you buy a Toyota buy from santa Fe or else where .
Ty was outstanding. He was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. He didn't "ambush" or get pushy as some sales associates do. If he didn't know something he quickly found answers instead of giving me an "I don't know". While I didn't make a purchase at the time, I am definitely keeping in touch for when I do. I was very impressed with Ty but I was also impressed with the layout of the building, the refreshments offered (because buying a vehicle takes all day), the staff, and the finance department. L. H. Miller Toyota is top notch. Their vehicles are quality and so is their service. Great works folks. Thank you for being an example for other companies, and for my experience.
I came originally to buy here but the sales staff didn't seem to care. They were inattentive and ambivalent. They didn't seem to want to help me find what I was looking for so I bought in Santa Fe instead. Had a great experience there. Now I come here for service cause it's close, but they aren't great at that either. All but one of the parts/service people I've talked to have been miserable cusses. They need to hire nicer people. Even with appointments the service takes way too long, and God help you if you need something without an appointment. Flat tire: 3 hours. As soon as my coverage expires I'm finding some place else for everything I need.
We're getting a new car today, so we came here. The staff is very friendly, the cars are in great shape, even for used ones, and they even have a play area for little kids! Great place! 10/10
I have been a customer for over 13 years. They have earned it! The automobiles are great, the service is fabulous and the people are attentive. There are new and gently used vehicles available. The maintenance crew are exceptional and timely. The place is always clean. Service and courtesy is consistent.
Never again!! Will I take my car here i took my car in for air bag recall and now my dash lights are not working plus i was way over charged for a simple key.. Maybe my review will change if they fix their mistakes and not be rude about it
