Hidden fees every step of the way. Even after you rent the gear, they contact you asking for a down payment to cover more then half the cost of the gear. On top of that, there is no guarantee you will get your equipment on time and they are not liable for the late shipping. Too unreliable for professionals and too expensive and demanding for low budget shoots. There is really no reason to use this site when there are plenty of more reliable options both online and locally.

They worked with me on pricing, and were great with communication. The product came in a timely manner, and was packaged very well. The entire process was simple and efficient. I loved the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to rent camera equipment.

They decided to ship my online order from 'Lens Authority" tagged for "Direct Signature Required" without letting me know. I'd love to know how they expect me to sign for something that I had shipped to my home when I work just like everyone else. Had they been courteous I could have had it delivered to work. Also, they required a weird order confirmation by phone which just delays shipment. I won't do business here again.

I just discovered a shutter issue with my camera that needs to be sent off for repair. Unfortunately I have a wedding in less than a week that I had already placed orders for lenses for. I called customer service and not only were they able to change my rental length but they were also easily able to add a camera body while still applying my original discount code. Great company and super personable! I wouldn’t rent from anyone else.

So very pleased with their selection, easy online ordering, and terrific customer service. I've rented so many times that they know my name when I go to pick up gear, which makes me feel like a valued customer. Love having them local to Memphis.

Attended my daughter's volleyball tournament and wanted to rent a Canon EF 70-200 mm lens. The rental process was easy to follow and the staff was very nice. My lens wasn't ready when arrived. They apologized and one of the staff members drove over to the warehouse and picked it up. Very affordable rental pricing. I will use them in the future.

Hands down the premier lens rental house in the states. Top quality gear shipped when and where you need it, with ACTUAL - FRIENDLY - HUMAN customer service when you call. Been using them for quite some time and they never disappoint. Ship it where you shooting and rest at night knowing it will be there. Thank you for giving us a superior choice for gear rental!

Awesome rental house! The best I've ever used & superior customer service! The more you rent the more they value the relationship in working out any issues or forbearances. Highly recommend for video / photo needs. Just wish they were open on Saturdays.
