Excellent Service! I am a recent divorcee and my Ex husband ruined my credit and I needed a car. They understood my situation and worked our a deal for me and I left with a beautiful 2007 Ford Mustang in excellent condition. I love my new car Tony and Jose. I bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu back in 2014 when their spot was in Arleta, i just had a repo 6 months earlier & that wasnt a problem. I think the guy was named Fernando & Tony was actualy the main dude there. After we settled on pricing and test drive, i noticed a few things that needed work on it, minor stuff, power mirror switch, etc.( cant remember other stuff) they made it right nevertheless. Next month is my last car payment its a good car & for being a 2005 its STILL kicking ass..i may go back for a car for my wife...

Sold me a car without thermostat I've only had car 6 months and have spent $1700 on engine repairs. The only good thing about Magic Auto is Tony....he tries to help but boss man is NO HELP. Tony get a new job where they wont give you a bad reputation.

I contacted this dealership through an app and the salesman was very rude and condescending. It appears that the prices are way too high and I personally wouldn't buy from here because I can already tell how the customer service will be.

DO NOT COME HERE! THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU A CAR FULL OF PROBLEMS! I'm a very patient and understanding man. However, I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. First of all, me and my girlfriend came here to buy our first car. These people seemed nice at first and Tony signed us up for a 2012 Chevy Malibu. Now before we signed the bill of sale, I repeatedly asked both Jose and Tony, 'Does the car have any problems?' They said no, even though I asked them 6 different times. So, we take the car and the very next day I hear a gushing sound whenever I turn on the car. I immediately let them know about the issue and they told me to bring it in. So I go and then they told me they were going to set me up with a mechanic the next day. That morning, on my way to work the Malibu started overheating and I had to get off the freeway and my girlfriend and to take an Uber to work and I had to drive the car back little by little to the dealership. I got to the dealership at 9 am and no one showed up until 11 am. Beside the fact that I had to wait two hours, I had to call out of work. When they finally got there, they told me to leave the car and they were going to take it to a mechanic. Now I do not have the car I paid for and was promised was okay. They ended telling me the whole engine needed to be replaced. I told them that I wanted my money and I didn't want to do business with them anymore. Jose said he would write the check and that I could pick it up the next day. INSTEAD, they pushed me to get a car that I didn't want and told me I couldn't get my down payment back. I didn't want to be without a car and my girlfriend and I didn't want to lose the money we worked so hard to save up for. So we took a 2014 Chevy Cruze. As soon as I took the car off the lot, it started making a ticking noise and I told them, but they completely ignored me. I ended up taking the car to a mechanic myself. The car needed $1,300 in repairs. Now that's TWO different cars they sold me that they knew had problems. The owner, Tony, Jose, and everyone who works there is a liar and cannot be trusted. If it was worth it, I would write every single lie and negative experience I had with these people. Please save yourself the stress, the money, and the time and go somewhere else. I looked this dealer up and their license has been revoked several times due to previous lawsuits. Even if you have no credit, or bad credit, it's really better to fix your credit and get a loan somewhere else. I would hate for even my worst enemy to go through the stress I went through with these people and now I have to report the delinquent and evil tricks this dealer plays on people who work hard for their money to the state general attorney in hopes they can help to get my money back. I, without a doubt, believe that every single car on this lot is in need of very expensive repairs. Don't fall into their trap.

I purchased 2 cars from here and both of them were bad; they needed over 5 thousand dollars in repairs. They refused to give me my down payment back even after they acknowleged they sold me bad cars... This place is a joke! And I'm sure every single car on their lot needs repairs! BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT COME HERE.

I got a car from here , they ok . You can’t complain when you get cars that you haven t search how good they’ll are . All the bad reviews that I see from this place are usually cheap cars from cheap brands , I haven seen a compliant from a Honda or a Toyota at all . Besides what can you expect from a small dealer in The Valley ? You go to these places because your credit sucks or because you really like the car that you saw .
