5 star. My friend and I were on a Jeep trip to Phoenix from Wisconsin when we had a overheating problem coming into New Mexico. We looked online that night and showed booked until Monday, but we needed to get repaired before heading into the mountains. So we took the chance to just show up when services opened at 7am. I explained our situation and Steve was more than accommodating to help us out and get us in. Took 2 hrs to sneak us and and repair the issue. Of course he could have said no due to the prior commitments they made but he worked through it and got us in. We went and had some breakfast and by the time we got done and walked back the Jeep was repaired and waiting for us. I can’t say how grateful we were Steve and his team took our problem and provided a solution. Thank you again for your great customer service!!!
David helped us into a great jeep, very friendly. Liked his character. Saw many standing around, David met us when we got out of our old car. Instead of us walking all over ge took us to what we wanted only. Finance manager was awesome. Will return to buy a vehicle from them when I decide to get a new one again.
I got the exact jeep I was searching weeks for! It was so easy to get into this vehicle! Annamarie made the whole process easy peasy. She explained to me what I was getting myself into and made sure I understood everything!
I rarely take the time out of my day to leave reviews on businesses unless I feel it is well deserved for either outstanding or incredibly poor service. Unfortunately in this case it’s the latter. I do not recommend anyone take their business to Marks Casa Chrysler Jeep by Cottonwood Mall in Albuquerque. If I could I would give them less than 1 Star. I own a Dodge Ram and received a recall notice in the mail and since their dealership is closest to my home I scheduled an appointment roughly 2 weeks ago to get this taken care of. I also received a phone call yesterday from a member of their service department to confirm my appointment this morning. It’s very unfortunate that once I arrived for my appointment this morning I had a very poor encounter with Joshua in their service department. Upon arriving I told him I was there for my 10:00am appointment to handle the recall on my truck. He told me he was going to be honest with me that he was not going to get my truck in to be serviced today nor would he get it in to be serviced tomorrow and that maybe sometime in the future I could get my truck in. I told him that I had setup an appointment 2 weeks ago and received a phone call yesterday to confirm my appointment. He responded that nothing is ever guaranteed and proceeded to argue with me whether or not an actual human being or an automated voice called me yesterday to confirm my appointment. I asked how can I know if I reschedule another appointment for the future if I will be able to get my truck in on that day or not or if it will just be up in the air. He again responded that nothing is ever guaranteed and he won’t make any promises. Unfortunately my time is fairly limited and being that I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago I structured my entire day off around this appointment and Joshua in the service department could not have been more indifferent to this fact. I will now have to search for another dealership that can live up to their word and hold a simple commitment. If you’re a consumer and considering taking your business to Marks Casa Chrysler Jeep on Coors in Albuquerque I would highly recommend you do not. Their lack of customer service and integrity deficit does not deserve your business.
I can't speak to others experiences at this dealership .I purchased a used truck from here today and I must say I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied . My salesman was Noah Cardenas and he was professional friendly and courteous . He is an asset to the business. There was not any high presupre sales in my case. It was an easy stress free experience and based on today I would recommend this business . Manager Miguel Wiggins was honest and friendly . GM Ken was also friendly and honest.
Anna Marie was awesome to work with! She got me into a 2019 Outlander and everything was so quick. I had expressed to her what we needed and wanted, and she worked hard for us to make a deal and put us in a car that was perfect for us! Thanks so much Anna Marie
Annamarie was the only reason I bought a car from Mark's Casa. As a first time new car buyer she was inviting, understanding, not pushy and overall such a delight to work with. She did an amazing job at working hard to find me the best deal possible. I definitely recommend setting an appointment up with her. Shebmade everything effortless and straight forward.
I went into look at a new truck and finally found the perfect truck. Torrence was my sales representative. Vic was my finance manager and Robert was the used car manager. We recently purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. David was our salesman, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we've had! The whole process was very quick (very important because we had our 2 small children with us) and there was no pressure put on us. Great rebates and even greater warranties! We'll definitely consider seeing David and the rest of the team at Mark's Casa for future vehicle purchases.
