Let your customers know you have doubled your prices on oil changes and tire rotations before doing the work on there vehicle not after! It’s simply bad business to lure someone in with a coupon and then double your price! Sort of like a mall kiosk business plan . Also your parts desk should be a able to compete with pricing not double profit margins since you are General Motors , and not a parts company selling gm ac Delco fluids/parts . Luckily you are in Boulder where the average person doesn’t need mechanical inclination just a decent bank account that they will swipe a card without hesitation!

I really had a great experience at McCaddon. I was in the market for a used Sierra and McCaddon had the best prices/inventory I was able to find. Their staff was very fair, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and not high pressure. After purchasing my truck I realized I left my parking pass hanging in my old truck. The finance manager actually drove it out to me in Denver the next day. I have shopped many dealerships throughout the country. This is absolutely one of the better ones!
