Another great experience at Mercedes Benz of Boston!! Just leased my 3rd vehicle with Paolo Castro and as usual he goes above and beyond to ensure I get the car that I want. Everyone (Paolo, sales manager, finance guy etc) at the dealership was wonderful.

The least stressful car-buying experience I have ever had! My sales rep, Ryan Saunders, made sure the whole process went quickly and seamlessly, and I was able to drive my new car home the next day. Fred, who assisted with the delivery was also super patient, informative and has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things Mercedes.

2nd car we've gotten at this dealership and always a pleasure to deal with. Jasper went above and beyond to make this deal happen and get this car to a place I needed it to be. Great guy and gave great advice on options, extras, specs, paint etc. Very happy with how it all went and how much Jasper was willing to work with me on the deal. Always get the best service at the dealership also. one of the best I've experienced.

I recently bought a certified Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Boston (A Herb Chambers company). My salesperson was Max Wang. I have to say it was a pleasant and seamless experience. Max eased us through all the details and then spent a good amount of time explaining the cars numerous features sitting right in there with us . The dealership is beautiful and the sales people are professional and helpful without being intrusive. I had a few questions after the sale, and Max got right back to me with all the answers. Just a great experience

Mercedes- Benz of Boston is top notch. Ernest and his team of sales/service personnel are knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about the brand. From the moment you step into the dealership, you are greeted with a smile and a helpful hand. The care that is shown for a potential buyer and ultimately turning into a new customer was like no other. When we arrived to pick up our new car, a bright red bow was sitting on the hood - couldn't have made for a more pleasurable experience. Thank you for a great experience!

Best car buying experience we've ever had. Carlos was awesome. He made the entire purchase so simple, and went above and beyond from start to finish. We got a great deal on our trade in, and Carlos even thought to give us extra stickies when he noticed we removed our Pike transponder and would need them for the new car. If I could, I'd give this place 10 stars our of 5. Will be recommending to any friends or family in the market for a new vehicle.

I purchased a new car from this dealership after visiting others in the area. The salesman, Rob, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient and did what he said he was going to do. The buying experience could not have been easier. On pick-up day Fred was tremendous in the time he took to go over the features of the car and ensuring I knew all the car's capabilities. It was a top notch experience from the moment I first walked into the dealership. I recently experienced some apple car play connectivity issues and received extremely prompt follow-up from Rob. I again worked with Fred on quickly resolving the issue. Fred noticed my car was very dirty so my car got a wash and then helped get the dye from my jeans off of the seat. This dealership is the definition of customer service. Clearly Mercedes Benz Boston is focused on providing an optimal car buying and follow-up experience.

The process of getting a car couldn't be more seamless!!! Kudos to Mercedes-Benz of Boston. Switched from BMW to Mercedes GLA 250 (2019); thank you, Paolo, Chad, and Fred for making this a reality. If anyone needs a passionate and a great person to talk to at this dealership to being with, I highly recommend Paolo. The entire team was welcoming and Paolo was patient to listen to my idea of getting a Mercedes and then helped me chose the right vehicle. I was pretty much convinced on my first visit after speaking with Paolo and Chad about my choice. The team appreciated my business and I felt valued as a customer during this entire process of getting done with the paperwork to driving away the vehicle. My paperwork was kept ready with the finance team when I returned to pick up the vehicle. Fred went over the details of the vehicle for the next hour and it was great to test and understand the dynamics of the car so thoroughly. His knowledge of the technology and the history of Mercedes Benz overall was highly impressive. Thank you, team, for this amazing customer experience. We had such a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Boston. Our salesman, Max, was such a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional, and the hands on training/demonstration we got was awesome (think driving through Somerville with no hands and no feet in heavy traffic!). The buying process was easy, fast and seamless. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Great business and people. I purchased a new car here recently as was extremely impressed. Staff very helpful, fair, attentive. Never in the least felt any pressure which I have never said before when buying a car. Worked with me on a few issues I had as a new Bostonian. Bertrand, my sales associate was particularly great. He was just so helpful in so many ways. I would probably buy my next car here just based on that. The car is also pretty cool too
