Service Dept needs some customer relations assistance. Writers do not come out to greet you. Writers do not call you bk when you have called them. Not a positive experience. More than one time

I had to go through a lot to get a refund on my GAP insurance that the dealership was responsible for refunding me for a previous purchase 4 years ago as i traded for a new automobile. Finance was lacking in follow-up. It was disurbing the lengths I had to follow just for an update. It was utterly disturbing to be able to track and provide every call with the times that i tried to communicate with them. Additionally, insulting being told that it was end of month and then mid month! Can you call back! I was even told that my scanned documents could not be opened. When i advised that i faxed as well as emailed it, i was told they don't have access to the faxed documents. But, the fax number was on the business card that was provided. This purchase was my upgrade purchase. This review was my experience dealing with finance after my purchase 4 months later and does not reflect my treatment during my purchase. It was flawless when i purchased. I just wanted to document my experience on this occasion.

Good snacks available for free while they replace your deathtrap takata airbags, but don't try to shop while you wait their sales people will not humor you.

Nice facility. Good service department, but not super efficient. Bought a car there and turned in one lease. Normal car dealership - people are selling and have little to no clue about what or how to sell. Managers are good though.

I've had 3 of my 4 BMW's serviced here, and their work is impeccable. I have never once had an issue with the quality of their work. Back in June, I'd had one of the first and worst experiences with the customer service here, of which I've already given a review for. As a result of my June experience....I had no intentions of going back, and was shopping for a new place. I then called the shop to ask for the manager, because I wanted to share my feelings with him, and at least give him an opportunity to understand why I felt what I felt, why I wasn't coming back etc.... He listened very attentively, of which I'd complimented him for. That's rare here in Atlanta, as people the people have a propensity to talk over you. I've never seen anything like it. Anyway!!!!! I also told him about my June review and experience. The first words out of his mouth were...."I'm so sorry", "I apologize for that, and we've started working on changing that". He said..."If you'll give us another opportunity, your experience will be different, I assure you". He gave me his information, and had Cathryn call me. This was in September-the visit I'm leading up to. 26 of September, my vehicle was towed in there. Even though I'd found a new place with great reviews...the work here has never been an issue, and after our conversation, I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix it. Well, they did. From the moment my vehicle pulled up, I was included in the process of it's progress from start to finish. When I needed Cathryn, she was available, and if not she returned my calls always. Every question was answered and every concerned handled in a timely manner. Again, the work was impeccable as usual and this time the customer service to me was JOB #1. Customer service is extremely important to me, and it's imperative to have that and great quality work. As long as these two are there....you'll always have a customer in me. Great turn around Nalley Collision and thank you.
