Working with Derrick to purchase a used Nissan Leaf from Nalley Nissan was a pleasure. He went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for. He took the time to address all my questions and concerns and make sure that I was confident in my purchase. Working with finance was the same awesome experience. I even needed to speak with the service department who were very helpful as well. The dealership facility is very modern and clean with really nice amenities. I highly recommend Nalley Nissan.

Truck was there for 4 days. First 3 we had difficulty getting a response from the dealership. I drove up there yesterday and since then they have been very responsive and helpful. I have no doubt improved communication would improve their rating. Work seems good.

Matthew Foster at Nalley Nissan of Atlanta made my first car purchase an experience to be always remembered in the best way possible. He showed himself very friendly and very knowledgeable. Alongside with his patience, he demonstrated dedication to delivering a great service. He also works very well with his team and made sure that I got the best deals from the car out-of-the-door price through the aftermath of warranty and more. Alan and Jeff were equally invaluable in this process. Matt also kept an eye on new deliveries while I was still deciding on my final purchase. Arnaldo and Mike are awesome! Mike was the best salesperson and made it easy. Arnaldo put together the best deal to get me into my new car from my trade! Derrick Maye was very responsive and helpful, during my buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in and never made me feel pressured to buy. He made this buying experience a pleasant endeavor. Matthew White was very helpful in servicing my new car. I had my car for about 48 hours and unfortunately had an issue. Not a great feeling. He consulted not only with the service team, but also with an engineer from Nissan in order to make sure the issue was taken care of correctly. He kept me up to date with the progress of my car, as well.

Went to this location to appraise my car. Mike, the salesperson was great, friendly, and honest. I didn't trade in my car but him and the manager made it a great experience. The facility was super clean, update technology, and refreshing. Car selection was great. I wosh my 1st purchase was with them. I like the fact that I could get estimated numbers upfront without credit check. I would definitely recommend.
