Took the pasta class. Lots learned in a session, great teacher and staff, good facility and at the end some amazing food.

This is an outstanding cooking school. I have attended other schools but none of them compare to The New School of Cooking. The school has instructors who have worked for La Cordon Bleu, who are fantastic. Whether you want to become a full time chef or just learn new techniques and receipes, check it out.

I have taken about 8 classes here. It is an hour drive for me most of the time and it is so worth it. The instructors work with you no matter your skill level and I always leave with new ideas and flavors for my kitchen
