I found Nyle Maxwell to be fair and consistent. I had the pleasure of working with Warren Bolden. He was professional and knowledgeable about Jeeps and addressed all my concerns in a professional manner. I loved his calm approach. Working with Mr. B was also a delight in negotiations. I found him to be extremely fair and honest. Mr. B took the time to hear my position and worked very hard to keep me in my box. This was such an easy process, I was in shock. We did the online credit application and emailed all of the personal documents that they needed. I already knew which car I wanted. They had everything approved, before we got there. We showed up, drove the car to make sure it was still what we wanted, signed the paperwork and drove home. From arrival to departure, we were there less than a hour! It was unbelievable how fast and easy the whole purchase was. We had the best salesperson ever, Duane Mark Timm. Travis was the finance guy, the man behind the curtain! He was also exceptional! Thank you both for making the whole process so easy and getting us into the car of my dreams!

I bought my 2018 vehicle here and the buying experience went smoothly. I had LJ as my person and she was great. Always updating me and making sure I was in the know. When it comes to service, I would never come to this place again. I gave them a year and that was too much time. Every time I needed service they would order the part and tell me that it took a day or two. I wouldn’t hear from them for six weeks. I would finally call them, even though they said they were going to call me and they would say the part was just sitting there. I don’t enjoy how they do busy. Not going back! Ray was my main service person and spoke to Eric about the experience. I called him four times before he would return my call about the issues. He tried to rectify the relationship but too little too late.

Love my new SRT! Jeremy was a super great guy. I’m in sales myself and his approach and service was top notch. I can tell that he really values his customers. Mike in finance was awesome. A report released Thursday by the National Fair Housing Alliance alleged that it found racially discriminatory pricing tactics in car financing by dealerships. The report, which focuses on indirect lending whereby dealerships help to arrange financing from lenders, found stark differences in the way that white and nonwhite customers were treated when they were presented financing options. The report found that 63 percent of the time, nonwhite consumers were presented with heftier pricing options than their white counterparts, even though the white consumers were less creditworthy. "Overall, this investigation found that, when auto dealers have pricing elements at their discretion, there is an opportunity for discrimination to occur," the report said. "This investigation revealed that, more often than not, auto dealers took that opportunity to discriminate." The findings were based on an investigation into eight dealerships selling seven brands in eastern Virginia. That tiny sample size was one of many complaints the National Automobile Dealers Association had regarding the report and its findings. “Every customer deserves to be treated fairly. There’s no place for discrimination in auto lending or sales,” said NADA spokesman Jared Allen. But, he added, “It’s highly irresponsible to draw conclusions from a study based on a handful of interactions that did not even lead to sales in a market where 17 million sales occur each year. The claims made in the report are in no way representative of the majority of new-vehicle interactions.”

I had a good time at Nyle Maxwell Supercenter, and feel I left with the perfect vehicle for me. Lee was a great sales rep, and provided me with information that helped me make my decision. By showing me options that I had not considered we ended on the Wrangler Rubicon with the convertible top. Perfect for apartment living. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that I was not given copies of my lease paperwork and everything else I signed.

Needed to find and purchase a vehicle in 7 days or less. Used Nyle Maxwell’s web site to identify multiple options from their inventory. Then a simple text exchange was all it took to have those waiting at the lot. Everyone was on time. The vehicles were available for inspection and test drives. Once the selection was made the whole team was professional and efficient from completing the applications to finalizing the financing and warranty. Not my first go with this dealership and based on how smooth and quick this round was, I will definitely come back again when the need arises. 5 stars to the whole team.

Highly recommend the salesperson Joe Reed. He was great, got me the car I wanted, wasn't pushy and was super respectful. As a female buying a car solo I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Kevin in accessories is pretty great if you need to add anything to your vehicle. He is very courteous and prompt at responding to requests. Him and Joe made the car buying experience great and both get 5 stars. This dealership has lots of inventory and they were willing to let me take the 2 door Jeep Wrangler home to trial it. Keep your wits about you during the final negotiation stages...finance team really pushed a warranty which made me a little uncomfortable.

5 stars to JD! He was so very helpful in my search for my next car. I had a car in mind, but was open to other possibilities. We looked at many of the cars they had on their lot and I test drove two. He was very knowledgeable and told me about everything I wanted to know. He knew that I was just starting my search and would most likely not buy a car that day or maybe not even buy from their dealership, but nevertheless he spent several hours with me, showing me everything I wanted to see and providing all the information I asked for. I felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to help me find what I would be happy with. It is not very often that one can have such a positive experience shopping for a car, that's why I wanted to share my experience at Nyle Maxwell and recommend JD to anyone who wants to have a positive experience shopping for a car.
