Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a wide range of bikes and parts. I'm really glad that they are my local bike shop.

Bad products. Bad service. Attitude plus. Took road bike in for new tire and tune. Needed new tire because of repeated flats. Showed me two options. Took the more expensive one. Picked up bike 2 days later. Bike not even wiped down. Road it 3 miles and got a flat in new tire. Brought bike back immediately and told, more or less, "too bad." Been going to H&S Bicycles in Burbank. Smaller shop, great service, no attitude, no problems. Waay worth driving a few extra miles.

Excellent selection of bikes and friendly staff. Only had one item serviced and unfortunately they were not at par with other shops. But if you are looking for a good selection of quality bike in the Van Nuys area this is the place.

Everything I want in a bike shop: knowledgeable, friendly staff, fast service, great selection and right in my back yard. Had issues with my new bike's tires and George, Tony and the rest of the team had me up and running the same day. They answered all of my questions, gave me some excellent advice and their prices were very reasonable. The fact that they're located in a strip mall with a large, free parking lot is a nice bonus. I already plan on buying more of my gear here, since I prefer to support my LBS. Pedalers West has definitely earned a repeat customer here.
