First of all this place is beautiful! Secondly, everyone is very helpful and friendly. I was there to get a battery key for my husband who somehow lost 5 of them and the owner came out and introduced himself! I couldn't believe it! He was so nice and gave me and my Mom a tour of the whole facility. We were impressed to say the least. He told me a story about someone who had her bike stolen and called about getting the serial number to give to the police and a few hours later a man came in saying he lost his key and needed a new one. The owner, Don told him to bring the bike in and it was that girls bike so he called the police and that girl got her bike back. Now, I think that is amazing the owner goes out of his way to care enough when someone gets their bike stolen. Funny thing, it was a few days later when it hit me that he took us on that tour to see if I really did own a Pedego or If I had a stolen one. Now, to me, that is really caring about your customers. You would think he would like when bikes are stolen because that means the victim will purchase another bike. It is so good to know there are still decent and caring companies out there in a time when it just seems everyone is out to rip you off! Thank you Pedego for caring about your customers!

“Great customer care” originally posted When I had the bike worked on 5 years ago in Irvine I got stellar service from a company that was just breaking out.. most recently I visited and it seems years later they still had great service- had to pay a little more but the bike was in bad shape and had been sitting in the garage ever since the throttle cable broke for the 2nd time... got a total over haul new throttle new handle bars seat derailer tires etc. Did a super short test ride and put the bike in the back of the truck. Got home and it doesn’t work.. I moved so getting it back for them to find out what’s wrong is impossible 2 times now I have arrived 5 min after 5 and they are closed. Called the front desk and she tells me they close at 5 bottom line. Now I’ve wasted 6+ hours driving from Rancho Palos Verdes - very frustrated!
