My husband and I originally went to the perfection Honda in Rio Rancho, but after we were greeted by Juan he let us know the truck we were interested in was at this location. We met him there and he was just so awesome and friendly the whole time. This is a great dealership to work with that we not only went home with an amazing truck but another car we weren't expecting. The team there did EVERYTHING they could to get us the lowest rates and they were great to work with! Paul Dan are also amazing! Ron is also a great team member. I recommend this dealership 100%!!

Obtained an oil change on short notice. Had a $10 discount. Service done promptly and thoroughly (included other fluid checks and fills). Very pleasant and professional Service Adviser (Christie).

I visited Perfection this past Saturday to purchase a vehicle. The service from both Paul and Ron were very courteous, professional. From the time I walked in everything was already taken care of. I had a great experience and would recommend them.

The man they had check on my car tried to lie his way through with these "problems" he found with my car, saying I needed an oil change, my struts needed changing, etc when I had them checked earlier with no problem. He made claims about thousands of dollars in repairs that weren't necessary. Don't go here and waste your money.

This dealership i think is a little known gem. The business is small however the vehicles go through a very rigorous inspection and attention is payed to every detail in the cars being sold, the business replaces old parts and makes sure the car is in the best shape it can be before selling. But that's not even the half of it. The staff is amazing, when i went in to look at my car the salesman (ron believe it was) was human and relatable, and gave no pressure for me to buy the car. When i agreed to buy it, it was already late in the day and he stayed with me after hours to help me finish my paperwork. Also, it was his dads birthday. I still feel bad for this, however his commitment to making my experience a good one was unmatched, i know these guys are in it to really help people. They also got me a great deal with my lack of established credit, and even wished me a happy birthday some months after i had gotten the car. These guys really are amazing and i appreciate all they've done for me in buying my car. You guys are amazing and i definitely will send people your way. Thanks guys.

Ron was extremely helpful, he explained every detail and made the entire process actually enjoyable. No matter what your credit situation is, they can help. My credit was wrecked by a consolidation company so I know Buying a car is usually a nightmare but the the awesome people at Perfection on academy (Ron and Dan) were by far the best. I will go back in the future and I will recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle.

The most trustworthy mechanic!! Luis helped me and I will never go anywhere else for my car repairs. He took the time to explain to me what was needed, what could wait, and was completely transparent about cost with labor. Not only will I be returning for all my car repair needs, but when the time comes, I’ll be buying from this establishment. I really can’t say enough good things, I am a customer for life, thank you for your wonderful business!!

The sales representative, Ron, was awesome, I felt very comfortable and I trusted him completely, it was a great experience I would recommend people on him alone. I also love my car! I love how easy it was to get problems addressed, I was very impressed with the service center's speed and attentiveness. Only issue I experienced was the Hard push to buy extras, it made me very uncomfortable. Especially, after how pleasant it had been to work with Ron.

I am happier each time I come to Perfection on Academy. I went in for an oil change, and as always they are very polite, professional, caring and quick. I would recommend buying a car here or even taking it in for services to anyone and everyone. Thank you all again for your great service.
