Mr. Philip Long's story began in 1918 in Ponca City, Oklahoma, where he lived until the eighth grade. He spent his high school years at Principia Academy and college years at Principia College in Missouri, graduating in 1940. After just one year of law school at the University of Michigan, Mr. Long enlisted in the United States Navy.

Took my vehicle in for a recall, the service guy comes back with a $2500 list of “repairs/tires, now mind you this is only a 2015 - they said I needed new tires - not true, went to a tire shop afterwards to see if I “really” needed tires, I didn’t think so. And I was right. Then it was a new cabin filter - which when I took to another shop ( just to see if these guys were being honest) there was no filter it was removed. Then it was an oil change ( that’s the ONLY thing I was due for. There was a couple other items which I don’t remember off the top of my head. Then I asked if they could look at my AC it’s not working- for sure that’s broke that was $1500 plus- they service guy says I’ll call you when the parts come in, that was May 10, today is June 6. Poor poor service department and like someone else they tried to rip me off on stuff not needed. Therefore I WILL NOT go back to have the AC repaired nor will I ever purchase another Hyundai. Sad world we live in.
Arrived at Phil Long early for the service on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The young lady at the service desk was very friendly and assured me my car would be serviced as soon as possible. I walked a short distance to have lunch and my vehicle was sitting outside, done and ready to go when I returned to the dealership. I highly recommend Phil Long for this very reason. They are courteous, perform service in an expeditious manner and always have a smile for their customers.
Sold and lied about a car with no heat. Went through last 3 months with no heat, including a blizzard and several snowstorms. Tried to get something done about it since day 1 and all I got were more lies. Josh Miller was the scammer I dealt with and his boss Troy was no better.It's as if it's the 50's with the scam talk. The mechanic knew absolutely nothing about anything. They have never offered to make it right I would never recommend this dealership or Phil Long in general to my worst enemies. The absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had.

ALWAYS a great experience. My service advisor and technician always take great care of me.( Greg and Steve) Lito and Jeremy in the parts department always go above and beyond. The best part of coming in is working with their service manager Ernie. He always checks on me to make sure my services meet my expectations!
Went in for an oil change. Jen was wonderful! She was professional and very accommodating as I asked for a car wash on a not so nice weather day. Forty-five minutes later after a review of the service I was on my way with a clean car. She even made sure there was fresh coffee! Fabulous! Thanks
I love coming here to get my car serviced. Jan is always so sweet and informative. Get the coupon book! Best deal ever. I always go first thing in the morning and I never have to wait long for services to be completed, so I’m not sure what other time frames may bring. I’ll keep coming back!
I have been using Phil Long Hyundai service department for over two years and they have never disappointed me. With the new Genesis concierge service, they will pick my car up at home and give me a loaner but I prefer to take the car to the dealer so I can browse the new cars at the dealer. The service has always been outstanding with a minimum of time while I walk around. The service is included with the purchase of a new Genesis but they always provide me the first class service I've come to expect. Keep up the great work guys and thanks a lot.
Ernie, the service manager, along with Jan did an incredible job with the service on my '15 Genesis, they sent me text updates on everything they did, plus included videos of what they did on my car... and it was only an oil change! They washed my vehicle, wiped the dash , topped off all my fluids, checked the air filters, comprehensive report... honestly I will never go anywhere else. The Genesis branding is really going all out for their customers, with genuine Genesis parts for the filters and everything else...and I appreciate knowing that they stand behind their luxury brand....
