Nice dealership . I have never bought a vehicle from them but if I wanted a G.M.C. I would try them first.
On the 18th of February I took my 2015 Buick regal in for warranty work it had a oil leak and front strut mounts were making noise also heater was not working as it should have. The service advisor named Perla Ramirez who I dealt with from the beginning of bringing my car in for service to picking my car up from service could not remember who I was or what car I was driving even after I had just spoke to her on the phone. I ask to see the work that was done to my car I was told to get there before 5pm today the 21st of February. I and my wife got there at 430pm and waited until 5pm so we got up out of the waiting room and went up to Perla and asked her if the car was on the lift for is to check the work and she said we were late, which was a straight lie because her coworker whose also a service advisor told her we were waiting for her and she looked at me as she helped to other customers who were waiting on her who were sitting next to us. When I finally saw my car it was not washed and when I asked why perla told me that the dealership doesn't wash customers vehicles that come from service. I was told they don't have a carwash anymore also as my car was on the lift I had to straighten out my inner fender wells because they were not put back properly and they didn't clean off the parts of the engine that still had oil on them like the ac bracket for one. So long story short I am done with this dealership reasons are no pride in work and customer service is a myth at this place because they can't even remember their own customers which obviously means that you're just a number with this place. Word of mouth travels fast.
Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! If i could give a negative rating I would. Absolutely atrocious customer service to the point that they refuse my phone calls, have stolen 75 dollars from me and the part that was ordered. I have filed an official complaint with the BBB and they are refusing to even talk to the BBB. Some "great" company huh? Following up with a lawyer.

I go there to have my oil changed because they take good care of my vehicle. The employees are always nice. They always give me great customer service
This will be our second review for this place. It is unfortunate that we again have to write a negative review. Our 2016 GMC Denali 3500, is turning off, and or not starting on initial start, and is smoking. We received a letter in the mail to take the vehicle in for repair to the turbo, we left it there for a week with the impression all parts would be ordered and we would have our truck back. This truck is used for our small business and pulls a trailer. So every day without it is a days pay lost. It has been almost a month and the part that is needed for repair is yet to be in, and we were told it could take a week to months. This truck is new with 37000 miles and already problems. They did offer to let us borrow a 1500 truck..what a joke. That will do nothing for me. But thanks. We have been inconvenienced and feel that they have no desire to compensate us for the inconveniences except try and get us to trade it in for a new one... They even said "well even with this problem you can drive the truck"... If there is a recall, isn't it because it is unsafe.... Thanks again gmc

The service plans are great! Mario knows customer service!! Thank you it is truly refreshing. Just bring your own coffee...the machine is horrible!!!! The coffee is worse...quality coffee at quality Buick would make it 5stars....
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership over the past few years, and plan to make my next purchase there also. The most recent purchase was easy. They didn't have what I wanted in stock. They found what I wanted at a dealership in another state and had it brought here. Once it got here, I spent about an hour at the dealership and was on my way with my new vehicle. A special thanks to Phil Garcia for getting me what I wanted, at a reasonable price.
