Jeremy and Albert were very helpful with everything... We had been to 4 other dealers and were treated okay. But Jeremy was great and was respectful of our requests. Very patient. Everything worked out and we bought.

Jeremy was more than patient with me and especially my grandpa. He was willing to go above and beyond to help and explain thoroughly, literally everything. Highly recommend him for your next purchase. Rocky was helpful as well to ensure us a great deal for the 2nd time!!

Had a great Experience with Eddie. I was not planning on buying a vehicle as they would not budge on the price. Eddie never gave up and got me the deal I wanted. I will defiantly recommend this place to my family members.

My father went to look at an Edge and see what he thought of it. Had no intent in buying but loved working with Eddie. He liked that he was very knowledgeable and very kind. Will be going here in a couple months for my next vehicle.

Neiman came out and immediately greeted my family and I with an outgoing and fun attitude. He was able to answer every question we had and helped us with everything from showing us multiple vehicles to making the test drive relaxing and enjoyable. Very informative about the vehicle we decided on. Made the entire buying experience smooth and stress free.

I experienced problems with my truck 2 months after purchasing it. They were minor, but I was told if I had ANY issues within 3 months to bring it in. I brought it in on a Monday and explained that one of the supports for the exhaust is broke and needs to be welded back on, the vehicle shakes at 75-80 MPH so I think the tires need to be balanced, and the driver handle gets stuck. I fortunately did not need my truck for the remainder of the week due to a surgery, but nevertheless, I did not hear from them at all until I decided to call them Friday to find out what was going on. They said, "Your truck is all set you can come and get it now if you want". I drove down to pick it up, they charged me $50 for a diagnostics fee and told me they cannot fix anything because they weren't set up for it or certified (I guess the tires are balanced with some sort of weights, and requires a certified mechanic). They then told me that they discovered I needed to have the support for my exhaust welded back on, my tires need to be balanced, and that the driver door handle sticks. I explained, you did not discover those things, I did! And you were supposed to fix them, not charge me $50 to tell me what I already knew. I explained you had my truck for a week, with no phone calls explaining what you "found" and that you weren't certified. In the end I had to pay the $50 so I could take my truck back. I was told the manager would call me the next day, he didn't of course. While I had a good experience with the salesman (Not the sales manager, if I were to be stuck working with him I would not have bought the truck), I will likely not shop here again. Which is unfortunate, because they do have lower costs. But sometimes, when you buy cheap you pay for it in quality and service.

We came looking for one car and left with two cars. Jeremy was amazing and very accommodating. He listened to what we were trying to do and helped us achieve that goal. We want to thank Jeremy and Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers for helping us and we do recommend them for anybody in need of a mode of transportation.

I already knew the exact car I was interested in when I got there. Jon was super friendly and very helpful. There was no problem when I wanted to take it for a test drive and stop by my mechanic to have it checked out. After a few weeks of searching and researching, comparing and checking KBB, I got a great car for a fair price and I feel really good about it! Thanks Jon!

Alright, this is the first vehicle I've purchased and I've heard many horror stories about going to dealerships. Everyone said "Buy from private sellers, buy from people leaving the state, buy from this, buy from that." I didn't listen, and I'm glad I didn't. Got a great deal, had them send my application for financing and got a better deal that what was promised. Mrs. Charlene and Mr. Albert are true professionals and I'll definitely be telling new people on post to go to these guys.

I trusted Jeremy with getting this deal done, knowing my dad(co-signer) was overseas and the car having some issues. Boom!! Deal was completed and everything done, took the service manager Aaron 1 day to get the vehicle new tires and brakes as promised. Got it super-detailed out for me. Very easy to get a hold of and not shy to help. Oscar, the sales manager, very patient and kind to get everything handled for us. Recommend you ask for Jeremy for anything!!!
