I don't know why anyone would go to another BMW dealer in Ventura County. Both Frank in sales and Rick in Service are awesome and will help you in anyway they can. They are a smaller mom-and-pop dealership that will go the extra mile. Give them your business and you will not regret it.

I got the car, that's about it. I was showed NOTHING about how the car worked. I flew in from Northern CA and asked if they could pick me up at the airport or if had an agreement with any car services. I was told " we're a mom and pop store and don't have the people to do that." I was there for 2 and a half hours and there wasn't a single other customer looking at cars (1 for service). Two guys were throwing a football around in the M showroom...literally. Not the M experience I was looking for. If you can, go elsewhere....

Jimmy Bach and Steve Thomas BMW from start to finish have been an absolute pleasure to work with. In April 2018, I began calling my local dealerships looking to do a European Delivery on an M2. After calling every dealership from Bellingham, WA to North LA (all unwilling to offer ED on an M2), I finally got in touch with Jimmy. He made no promises, but said he'd give it a shot. After some back and forth with BMW NA for a few weeks, Jimmy let me know that I got the allocation. I put in the order with a scheduled pickup in Munich on 8/1/18. Over the next few months Jimmy and I worked to get everything in line. On 8/1/18, my wife and I arrived in Munich to pick up our M2. We drove it nearly 1,500 miles through four countries. On 8/11/18, we dropped the car off in Frankfurt for it's long journey to the states. During this time, Jimmy gave me constant updates and helped get my registration figured out. On 10/5/18 I flew down to LA and picked the car up. Jimmy and Steve Thomas BMW, through their hard work and dedication, made my dream come true (forgive the cheesiness) and were integral in our once in a lifetime European Vacation. I wish my local BMW dealerships were half as good as Steve Thomas.

I was tricked. Here was what happened to me. Got red light warning of changing brake pads and sensors. Called Steven Thomas for the total cost of changing both front and back pads. I was given quote of $500 which was relative "cheaper" than other BMW dealers($400 front, $300 rear). Got my car in the second morning, and was given "free" car rental while the car was in waiting for the service. So far so good. Then in the afternoon, a call came and I was given the final quote. All the brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. The quote was $2000. I was shocked. Before I called any dealership the day before, I read a post that people were saying to get all them replaced with $1600 was ripped off. How could $500 become $2000? The rotor wouldn't cost $1500. The answer was given that $500 was for one axle. For two axles, then it is $1000 for all the pads and sensors. So the "$500" is the trick to get me in? I decided not to get work done here. I was charged $150 minimum fee by leaving like that. What a waste of time and money. I am a local in Camarillo. I want to spend at local. Steven Thomas, you disappointed me!

Jimmy Bach is the man! He helped my wife get into her perfect car and is not the typical car salesman. Honest and upfront on everything and made things super easy for us. By the time we worked our deal, we literally spent 30 minutes at the dealer getting the car. It was that easy. Highly recommend.
