Excellent manager and mechanics, able to get my bike up and running in no time and able to re-bend a wheel rim in a jiffy, had to wait for a certain guy but it happened to be the same day. Thank you guys!! I watch as countless others get decent service from this shop. Good pricing and helpful!!

Very helpful stuff, came in here needing a bike that same day and went away with a used bike I liked.

I'm so happy with the bike I got here! I came in with a pretty tall list, and Jim worked to get it all right: style, seat, peddles, handlebars etc. I had looked a lot online so I knew where the pricing should be, and I got a good, fair deal, even though they have all the overhead...and no haggling! So nice. I also like supporting my local small businesses :)

They really give you that extra attention and work with your budget. Super happy with my used bike. Stop here first if you're looking!

TLDR: I bought a second hand bike from this shop but when I got it home I realized it was only $10 cheaper than buying it brand new so I returned it. The Asian man who served me (presumably the owner) was friendly enough. He explained the differences between different bike styles and allowed me to try a couple out. I eventually settled on one and bought it. When riding it home I realized this bike had been well used. It had lots of wear and tear and the brakes occasionally made a grinding sound so maybe the pads were worn out? When I got home I did a Google search only to find you can buy the exact same bike for $10 more brand new from Target. When I returned it, the man did not argue or try to sell me something else. He gave me a complete refund. If you're looking for a deal, I'm not sure this is the place to get it and I wouldn't assume that just because it's coming from a bike shop that it has been fully tuned up and serviced. Do your research is my advice.

Secondhand bike shop with mediocre service. You might be able to find a deal, or you might get a clunker that will fall apart on the way home. Depends on if you know what you're looking for. I recommend Bike-o-Rama in El Segundo if you're local.

Don’t go there!! I bought a bike, a month later it wasn’t working anymore. I took it there and explained the situation to a old man who I was to find out that was the owner of the shop. He gave me really hard time, arguing with me for a few minutes, until he gave up and took the bike to fix it. 20 min later he called me saying the bike was ready. When I left the store my back wheel almost fell off, I had to stop in a a freaking car body shop so they could fix me! Im never coming back and would advise everyone to do the same! He is garbage!

-- DO NOT SHOP HERE -- TLDR; If you're talking with Jim you're not getting any deal and any numbers he says is probably to get your attention then he stabs you with the real number after you've made your decision to purchase or sell. Don't believe any modifiers he adds to quantify the change because it's just a tactic to trick you. Jim is a fast talker or truly suffers from dysphasia. He will say one number to you and hand you a different amount of cash. When we were selling our bikes he gave us $70 for a $340 bike and $48 for a $230 bike. The seat wasn't in great condition for the $230 bike so he told us $46 due to the seat, then proceeds to hand us $40 and when we both said "You said $46, where is the $6?". "I said 40" "No, you said $46, why are you changing the number?" "I know what I said, I said 40!" This is when he started to yell at us saying we're ripping him off. Ok, Jim, sure we're the ones ripping YOU off. We just walked away because why deal with such poor treatment. Certainly not going to come back and buy any bike from you again, also not recommending it to anyone anymore. The value of the bikes are pretty poor, you're almost better getting bikes new and then selling them yourself. I don't have any confidence that anything he says about the condition, value, or how nice something is is actually valid. A phrase that I would attribute to Jim is a { { scam artist } }. Also if you intent to ever sell your bike back know that whatever the price it's 30% within 30-60 days (he kept changing it) and 20-25% after that. He'll turn around and sell it for more than you bought it for though. Any recommendations he gives you can also be taken with a grain of salt. He's trying to move product that isn't selling because they're overpriced used dirty bikes. Any service you have done on the bike won't be guaranteed to work either so take it to a reputable shop instead. The only reason I say that is when we were returning our bikes a agitated guy came in to complain that the fix Jim did didn't actually fix anything and nothing changed. Jim charged the guy a lot for it apparently. -- DO NOT SHOP HERE --

I got a flat on the way to work and I was able to drop off my bike and pick it up after work. The prices are reasonable and they work quick. Most definitely will be back. They have a great selection of new and used bikes for sale.
