I knew what I wanted when I came into the dealership. I spoke with Kathy McKinney prior to arriving at the dealership. On a cold, rainy night, she made sure that the car I wanted was waiting out front, ready for a test drive. Once I came back, she and the rest of Thompson crew worked hard to get me the best deal possible. When it was all said and done, I drove away extremely happy with the car, the crew at Thompson, and the overall experience. I have found my dealership!

Came to this dealership based on a vehicle I found online, and Kathy McKinney came highly recommended from other family members. I went in expecting to leave without a deal because we all know how this process goes. I was needing to be within certain numbers for my trade and they came back to me with exactly what I needed on the first try, and that was without telling them what I needed. No nonsense, no need to haggle. I hate going back and forth and playing the car buying game so this was a great experience ALL AROUND. There were NO games here from start to finish. Kathy even helped me out with some finer details towards the end. I feel I got a great deal and a great vehicle for a great price. This dealership and Kathy McKinney are highly recommended by my family and I both. We WILL be back in the future.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Thompson. Before I stopped by here to see a car I was interested in, I went by another dealership. I was told I would be seeing a specific vehicle which when I arrived was no longer available and had been sold earlier in the day (come to find out it hadn't been sold but was at another location). Before that it was everything you imagine when dealing with buying a car at that dealership and I am not a fan of those sales tactics, so I quickly stopped working with them. From the beginning, Gabe Warren was great to work with. He was helpful and if he didn't have the answers then he helped you get them. The buying process was smooth with Thompson and I highly recommend Gabe to anyone looking to purchase. He just wants to put you in a car that you will be happy with. There were two minor issues that happened with the vehicle post purchase but Thompson quickly resolved them both. I got a great price and a great vehicle.

We knew the exact car we were looking for, so our experience was fairly straight forward. That being said, everyone we dealt with at this dealership was also straight forward. We never got a bad vibe or felt any weird pressure. The car we bought was as-advertised. Rich took our phone calls and answered our questions on a busy Saturday. Kathy was helpful but not pushy, and very kind. Mel Smith was very professional and handled the business part smoothly. We will start here when we look for our next car.

I came in for a promotion they ran over the weekend with my nephew to see the baby kangaroos. I also had my eye on a new 4 door jeep. The sales team was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't pressure me like previous experiences I've had at other dealerships. They let me look around at my pace and a ton of questions. Then when it came time to pull the trigger we had everything wrapped up very quickly. Overall I had a great experience and will be taking my girlfriend to Thompson when its time for her next vehicle!
