Friendly staff and great service. The only problem I didn’t click 5 stars is every time I go in there I wait close to an hour to even be seen. That’s the whole reason for an appointment. Very annoying! I’ll give them one more shot and than I’ll move on to another dentist.
Got my wisdom teeth removed. They were great except I never received a call from the doctor afterwards, as I was told she would call me to check in. That would’ve been nice as we had some questions. Overall a great experience, fast, and caring.
This was by far the absolute BEST dental experience I've ever had. It was clean, the staff was professional and nice. They worked with me to help me with payments that I could afford. I could never thank them enough, I will definitely be going back. I am very grateful for TruCare Dental.
Everything was well organized and friendly...most of all very clean and in order. The staff treats you right from the start. And it is just pleasant to be there. I saw Dr. Spencer and He really took care of my needs in a timely manner.
I've had two upper wisdom teeth removed and a lower left molar #18 removed by Dr. Spencer here at Trucare Dental. I couldn't be more pleased with the caring and professional manner of every employee of this facility. Dr. Spencer was fast and very informative about every procedure. Leslie, the office manager is awesome & very caring. They work with you on finding affordable payments. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
Very patient with my little one who is 3! Some visits are better than others, but they do their best to make sure he is comfortable and unafraid. As for me, they pay attention to detail and are very great at cleanings! Friendly front desk staff who remember faces! I love it !
The people there are very nice and professional. When I had a sedation appointment scheduled I had forgotten that I would be just returning from a trip where I would be driving for 24 hours. When I tried to reschedule I was informed that I would not be able to reschedule a sedation appointment because if I miss it then they're not able to do sedation again for some reason. So when I got there after not eating and drinking for the last 6 hours. I was bought back into the room given sedation medication that I'm not sure if it was how big I am or if the sedation medicine don't work but it was my first time ever being sedated by dentist. The procedure seemed to go well though I did have some problems with my face after because of how numb it was from the benzocaine. Bee sedation medication you never worked at all. It has been over a week and a half now my gums are still swollen my face hurts I have had to go back and get pieces of teeth and Bone removed for my jaw still. I don't know if it's supposed to take this long for my face to heal but I do know that I wasn't in pain before I went there. And I haven't been without paying since I left. I gave them three stars because they were kind they have tried to fix what went wrong. And I do try to help you as well.
A very busy dental office, yet for the most part, friendly. Clean, organized. Team spirit excellent for good of Pt and each other. Dr Andrea is outstanding in her skill and care. Assistants knowledgeable, skillful and caring. No wonder this is such a busy office. Great work! Great staff! Great docs!
I love TruCare Dental. I was concerned when Dr. Anton retired that I would not be getting the care and level of treatment I had been receiving. (Dr. Anton spoiled me a little.) I've been pleasantly surprised. The dentists and staff are all amazing. Teeth cleaning is a pleasure and we are all a team in making my smile the best it can be. And they follow up about your care and treatments which is always welcomed. Thanks guys! Appreciate what you do! Bets
