During routine cleaning/exam Dr. Vanderbrook discovered potential decay below gum line of 15+ year old crown. He showed me the X-ray and recommended removal of the crown to address the decay. Today was my procedure and it was caught early and easily addressed but had I waited much longer it could have been much different situation and procedure to remedy. Dr. Vanderbrook and his assistant Karen made sure I was comfortable, kept me informed of the procedure & progress and were very professional. If you don't have a family dentist I highly recommend Dr. Vanderbrook and his staff. I've been a patient of this practice for 25 years and can't imagine going to anyone else in Dallas for my dental care.

I know this is unusual, but the experience was actually relaxing! Dr. Vanderbrook and Angela kept me comfortable and informed while I laid there for two hours with my mouth wide open. This is a really well run dental practice. They pay attention to the small stuff, and every member of staff is pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend Vanderbrook Family Dentistry!

I had a great experience. Very friendly and pleasant upfront, no waiting around. Ashley, my dental hygienist was very thorough and friendly. She did a great job cleaning my teeth without tearing up my gums. Dr. Vanderbrook was detailed and friendly. Also very knowledgeable about Apple products and helped with my new Apple Watch. Two thumbs up for the entire staff.

A gold crown came off while I was eating lunch, today. I called the office immediately, hoping a slot might open up on short notice. I was given an appointment within an hour and a half. The crown was glued back in, painlessly, in a very short time. I knew my insurance would not cover the procedure and offered to pay on the spot. I was told there would be no charge! What a wonderful surprise at a time of the year when holiday travel and spending had already exceeded my comfort zone. This team is the best!

I have had multiple procedures and have had nothing but positive experiences. I get my teeth cleaned there and have had multiple small procedures. I have experienced nothing but World Class Customer Service and care. Great staff - I highly recommend.

Lisa, my Dental Hygienist, was fantastic! She was incredibly thorough and very gentle. Dr. Vanderbrook was wonderful as well! Highly recommend this office.

Dr Vanderbrook’s entire team is wonderful! I chipped my front tooth over the weekend and Vickie got me in on a cancellation right away. He was able to fix me right up and no anesthesia needed!!! Now I’m back to looking good and I’ll be more careful in the future. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth😃
