So I was nervous as heck about my first ever root canal as every time I mentioned it to someone at work they would tell me they are terrible or just give me an im so sorry face! Dr. Novak took care of my root canal and it was over before I knew it. Sincerely thought it was a breeze, didn’t have one moment of discomfort besides possibly the very first shot and even that was no biggie. Carie (not sure how to spell it!) was the assistant and she too was great. The whole experience was a great one and eased my anxieties about dental work in general. Service from everyone including Abby at front desk was fantastic from the moment I entered! Appreciate you guys!

Awesome group here. Glad I found them when I moved to Charlotte! Very professional and funny. I have had two dental surgeries here and both were amazing.

My first time to visit Southmore Drive clinic. I am very impressed with the services starting from the ladies at the front desk down to AJ and to the wonderful doctor, Dr. Novick. They took my agony away within 24 hrs from my initial visit. AJ is so entertaining and professional. Exceed my expectations. Place is so clean and tv helps too. Thank you !!

This Is the most absolute wonderful dentist office I have been to! The staff were extremely friendly! I had an emergency with a tooth and they fit me right in the next day. I am so fortunate to find such an amazing dental office! I highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place!!!!! I hated the dentist, until I found this place... The Doctors and staff have been very gental with my feelings and my mouth. Before meeting them, I went years without visiting a dentist so imagine the work I needed. They’ve been honest and great with getting me taken care of. I recommend Dr. Nugyen she’s great and she know her stuff, her presence is so humble and sweet.... I Love you all!!!!! 🤭😘 I will post a before and after picture of my front tooth once I figure out how too!!!! Thanks again for giving me my confidence back.

Very Friendly Staff! I had a 2 hour root canal surgery that was 100% pain free. I drove 45 minutes from Gaston County and would be more than happy to make the trip again for future procedures.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Everyone was very professional, courteous, friendly and explained everything and every process. I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted and I am anxious and very frightfull when it comes to pulling my teeth. But the doctor and his assistant was very very kind and understanding throughout the entire ordeal. I am so grateful they took their time with me and was very professional. Can’t wait to go back for fillings. Thank you to the entire office.
