I recently purchased my Ford Fusion in Tallahassee with an oil change plan they assured me was transferable as I was moving to the Boston area and didn't want to worry about routine maintenance costs. Watertown Ford got me right in, did the routine maintenance and all the leg work making sure my maintenance plan covered all the costs. The waiting area was very nice and people checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. The oil change was done very quickly and it gives me piece of mind knowing they are my new service center.

Worst experience ever. They promise to have in stock a car that after months never showed up. Every week they re-promised to have it available next week, every time with a new excuse. As a month passed they promised to cover a rental while we waited, but at the end the car never appeared and we had to pay in full the rental they said was for free. We only lost $1200 on this place. Stay away!

The service here stinks! I asked to have something fixed, they made it worse and put tons of grease inside of my car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not happy! First time I gone since I got my car.

Great experience, no pressure. Bought my second vehicle from WF in the past year or so (the first was a 2015 Fusion Plug in Hybrid, the second a 2010 Ford F150). Both purchases were quick and pleasant. They delivered the truck to my work when the registration came through and then picked it up and delivered it back for it's inspection and to do a minor repair that I noticed. Didn't need to drive back to the dealership!

Ford Corporate sent me a letter telling me that the parts were available to do the Takata airbag recall repair on our Ford. So I made an appointment to with Watertown Ford to do the repair. I gave them the VIN when I booked the appointment so that they could ensure the part was available. I dropped off the car this morning, walked a half mile in the cold to a bus stop, and got on the bus to work. An hour later they called to inform me, "Bad news, the part to repair your vehicle isn't available." Staggering incompetence. Update: after telling me this morning that the replacement air bag for my car wasn't available, Watertown Ford somehow found one this afternoon and completed the repair. I don't know whether their course-reversal was influenced by the negative reviews I posted this morning on Facebook, Yelp, and Google. I've increased my rating here from one star to two.

I leased my new Escape from here. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable of their vehicles. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed while trying to figure out what I car I wanted, and they understood I wasn’t ready to sign any papers when I decided after taking a test drive. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Ford.

The service I received from Watertown Ford’s service department was absolutely terrible. I scheduled a Saturday appointment using their web site and provided a brief description of the reason for my visit. Shortly after scheduling the appointment, I received an email from someone on their staff saying that I would need to schedule an appointment during the week because the staff that is needed to fix the problem does not work on weekends. So I rescheduled the appointment for a Friday. This was inconvenient because I normally work on Fridays so I had to take the day off without pay. I dropped my vehicle off first thing on Friday morning when the service department opened at 7:30AM. I explained the problem to them in great detail so that they had everything they needed to fix it. However, upon picking up my vehicle later that afternoon, they told me that they were not able to replicate the problem and that while they did attempt to guess at what the problem was, they were not very confident that the fix they applied would resolve the issue – and this was coming from the service manager. I explicitly told them that the vehicle makes a squeaking noise when driving over bumps in the road, and that it only happens when the vehicle is wet, such as after washing it or when it’s raining out. Despite providing them with this information, they attempted to replicate the problem while driving the vehicle around in dry conditions. I understand that they have no control over the weather, but it would not have been difficult for them to run the vehicle through a car wash to get the car wet. I can’t understand why they would drive the vehicle around in dry conditions when I told them it only happens when the vehicle is wet. It would be like if I told a mechanic that my vehicle makes an unusual noise only when driving above 50 MPH, and them trying to replicate the problem by driving it around at 30 MPH. I don’t know why they would expect to replicate the problem if they do not also replicate the conditions that cause the problem. At the end of the day, my vehicle was in no better condition than it was before I brought it to them, and I lost an entire day’s pay due to their incompetence. This is the first time I brought my new Ford to them for service, and after this lousy experience, I don’t see any reason why I would ever bring it back.
