We are in the process of filing a lawsuit with this company for emotional distress. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET SERVICED. THEY ARE LIARS. WILL KEEP YOUR CAR HOSTAGE FOR MONTHS AND LIE TO YOUR FACE.

I went here for a routine oil change. I had an appointment and waited for close to 2 hours for the oil change to be completed. After paying for the service I went home and decided to visually check the oil dipstick and it turned out the oil level was low and dirty. The same way it was before I had the oil change. I went back the following day to figure out why they hadn't changed the oil. They ended up actually changing the oil this time but Benji the service advisor was rude, argumentative and unapologetic about the issue. I will never come back here as I cannot trust them. Stay Away.

I just purchased my new Hyundai from Westlake Hyundai, I have purchased cars in the past but never experienced this kind of OUTSTANDING SERVICE. So please let me share. I arrived with my father just before closing and was greeted by the Manager, Eric Evans. He was so kind and understanding and let us drive 6 cars right before closing without making us feel like we were keeping him and his staff hostage. I found out that they don’t have salespeople working there, instead they have product specialists who DONT GET PAID A COMMISION!!! They are hourly employees who know their product and just want to help!!! My Product Specialist Carinsa was very helpful and patient. I mentioned we were getting hungry and before we knew it there was Chick-fil-A in front of us! I mean really, who does that? Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for everything. I know that they are a brand new dealership but if they keep this up it might just give the car industry a good name. Thank you Eric for being a normal human being.

Ownership changed and already they have a bad reputation. If I call to schedule service wouldn't you think they would let me know the location changed? From the snobby girl at the front desk to the overprice work. Usually you let the customer know before hand what it's going to cost instead of slapping them with a $160 bill just to take a look and let me know if I needed something replaced. I can't imagine what the actual service would cost.b Wow! With prices like these maybe I should change my perfession. I lived here my whole life and you can believe I will be flappingm mouth to everyone I know not to go here. What a shame Ladin was such a family, friendly place I will miss dealing with them. Oh well I much rather drive to Alexander in Oxnard at least they treat you decent there and not try to rip you off like Goura! Bye bye!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and could not have had a better experience. In my 35 years I have purchased three different vehicles from dealerships around the country. By far this has been the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had. Phillip walked me through what usually is the hardest part of the car buying process (Financing). Normally this is a long back and forth that gets drawn out over hours and hours to finally arrive at a number that seems mostly beneficial to the dealership. With this place, it just wasn't the case. I was in and out in only a few hours, crazy I know. Overall they really helped make this transition out to California a very easy and pleasurable experience by not hassling me while on the showroom and allowing for a real discussion when it came to pricing, no games no questions. If you are looking for a new car, I would recommend Westlake Hyundai 1000 times over.

David and Mike made the experience fast, simple, easy and in the end rewarding. After looking for a car and talking to various salesman at different locations for a better part of two weeks, David was able to offer me a deal that was "impossible". Well.....this impossible deal was very real! And very amazing! And I'm glad that I didn't have to overpay roughly $20 dollars extra a month! I love my car and I loved the experience :) thank you both!
