I called to try to get some information about what time would be best to bring my car in. When I called the girl that answered the phone answered in a very unprofessional way and sounded very unwelcoming. She was not helpful at all and seemed rather annoyed at my questions. Then to top it off she said “can you hold on” in a very rude and tough way which I was kind of thrown off by since I was very polite and kind when asking her my questions. While I was “on hold” I guess she forgot to press the hold button and I heard her complaining about me and mentioning something about me interrupting her watching television. My question is why is someone watching television at work? Also I can’t imagkne how many customers this shop is loosing due to her poor customer service skills and bad attitude. Just to state the obvious I hung up and took my car somewhere else.

Service was really great. They were very affordable and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Also kept me informed every step in the process of what they were doing to my car and what they were checking for. Overall really good experience. Would definitely go back.

My entire experience with the company was amazing. I called the company one evening, but they were closed. The following day Mr. Mook returned my call and scheduled my visit the day after we spoke on the phone. Upon walking into the company's reception area I was warmly greeted. An evaluation of my vehicle was later performed and in no time I was presented with an estimate. The price for the job was extremely reasonable. While my car was in their shop, the receptionist Mrs. Rivera kept me up-to-date about the progress of my vehicle, and was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. The technicians are very skilled workers. If you want quick service, and a friendly encounter, this is the company to take your vehicle.

I went in because my AC was kept on going in and out, and I also needed an oil change. They told me that my AC blower would eventually need to be changed but they advised me to not change it until it completely dies. So far my AC has been working fine. They are very knowledgeable and professional and would highly recommend this place for your car needs.

I usually hate taking my car to a mechanic, but this time I had no choice given that my car shut off suddenly while I was driving and wouldn't turn back on. I'm glad I called this place, it was best customer service I've ever received. They took care of finding a tow truck for me. I was expecting a major electrical issue but the mechanics told me it was a simple corroded battery terminal. I really appreciate their honesty. The staff here is amazing and even the owner Don was out front interacting with customers. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Super trustworthy place to take care of your car problems. Gabrielle at the front desk is such a nice and helpful person and can keep you entertained while you wait for your car to get fixed. Chelsey was the mechanic that worked on my car and not only is she great at her job, but she is also so nice and keeps it real with you on what your problem is and how exactly you need to fix it. There's no money hassling here so I highly recommend this place. They also offer coupons and can save you about $20-$30 compared to other mechanics. You can't go wrong here.
