I took my car to Tire Choice because my engine light was on. I dealt with Yenner. He was courteous and pleasant. My car was repaired in a timely manner and I was very pleased with thr results as well as with their customer service and professionalism. My car runs great! I recommend this place.

I moved here from NY recently and it is very difficult to find a good mechanic. This shop was local and my friend referred me. The car is repaired low cost. They met the lowest mechanic price quoted. Very satisfied and highly recommended. Very pleasant staff and manager. Thank you Pierre!

For a few months now, I knew I would be in need of a new set of tires. I called Tire Choice in Tamarac a few days ago to get a price for a specific brand and size I wanted. I spoke to Tim and he said that he had the tires in stock and quoted me a price. It was better than a few places I had already called so I asked if I needed an appointment for Saturday morning. No appointment needed. When I got there I was greeted as a friend they've known for years and was assured that my vehicle will be taken care of. They even checked the breaks and under the hood. I was in and out under 2 hours. My SUV now has the smoothest and most even ride it's had for years. I drove it on the turnpike and got up to 80mph. No vibrations. I am very pleased! A huge thanks to Tim and the crew! I do recommend this shop because of the quality of service, courtesy and professionalism of the staff. And if you go, ask for Tim.

Thank you sooo much Pierre for providing 5 star "EXCELLENT" service. I am once again amazed at the professionalism and personalized customer service I was shown today. The whole process was thoroughly explained step by step allowing me to make the best informed decision concerning the needs of my car. I walked away feeling like a valued customer instead of being taken advantage of by some quick talking salesman in the past. I arrived at this Tire Choice for the first time yesterday. I'd just gotten off a redeye shift so I was there before the doors opened. I waited for shop hours to begin so that I may get an oil change. As I pulled up, I noticed someone else in their car waiting, as well. So, I figured I should wait at the door if I wanted to get in and out of there quickly. Little did I know, that it was one of the employees. He was there BEFORE I got there (and I was there quite some time before opening hours). Who does that anymore? Minutes before opening time he walked passed me to unlock the door and open the shop. We exchanged "good mornings" and I awaited for the official opening. Promptly, he escorted me inside. We exchanged pleasantries and then got to business. He was attentive, very pleasant and friendly. Hey, was I at a mechanic's shop or just meeting a friend. He advised me as he was pulling my car inside that I was in need of tires. Of course, I already knew that but I was only there for an oil change. Needless to say, the deal was so good I couldn't say, "no" and guess who walked out with 4 brand new tires? Me. I was putting off buying them because of how tedious it is shopping for them and how expensive they usually are. NOT THIS TIME. I usually don't recommend places when writing a review. I normally just share my experience. However, this time I will recommend this Tire Choice AND I will recommend asking for Pierre. And I hope your experience will be as great as mines.

The Tire Choice & Total Car Care has incredible service! They are caring about your problem, and attentive. Can't recommend coming here enough! Great place, very friendly staff and awesome service. Pierre helped with my car and it was by far the best customer service I've ever received at a tire shop. He went above and bellow to help; all done with quality workmanship. Will definitely coming back!!! I found my tire guys :)

Thanks for everything! The staff here is so nice and helpful. This location is one of the best! The manager Jenner is very helpful, friendly, and personable. We came here for the first time last month, because our car was making a weird sound and the staff was very attentive and helped us out right away, ever since then we knew we would always come here for anything relating to our car. This location is out of our way, but we are happy to come here and receive amazing customer service. They all go above and beyond here, so we will keep coming back.
