They were friendly, professional and had exactly what I needed. They delivered and set up the bed and I had no problems with billing ever. Thank you for making a hard situation easier.
Told me that they could NOT provide their provider id so that our insurance company could process the claim to repay me for items they said they would turn into our insurance carrier, made copies and REFUSED to send in. They had me pay on credit card to son then son said Dad would send in to insurance for us. Dad said to son in my presence for him to make copies for him. Dad and son got my money. All customer service from Dad and son stopped. Insurance company obviously can NOT reimburse without their provider ID which these FOOLS think is private. First line item ANY insurance claim form is PROVIDER ID information. How stupid and how bad customer service do YOU want ?
