great customer service! We rented a power wheelchair for our son and it was delivered on time, worked perfectly throughout the weekend and the rate was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.
Handled the need for my brace very quickly and efficiently. The doctor wrote up my script wrong and they were able to correct the problem right away. Said I would have my brace in a week. I got it in 2 days. Very good experience.

Sent a wheelchair with a bad battery and no instructions. Called and spoke to the woman on the phone who, instead of offering assistance, decided she'd rather be rude to me whenever I tried to respond to her questions. Insisted that the chair was fully powered, when after 5 minutes of use, battery indicator went red and became sluggish. When I told her she didn't have to be rude to me, she told me they were coming to get the chair and refunding my money, and hung up on me. Refused to answer my calls, leaving me in a tight spot, and costing me more money to rent at a reliable company at the last second. Way to treat your costumers lady! Hope the owner is happy with your perfect review dropping because of you.

I needed to rent a wheelchair while my daughter recovered from Surgery and we were not from Chicago nor did we have a car with us. These guys delivered the chair right to us and picked it up from our hotel after we had left. They were easy to deal with, very professional and the chair was almost brand new and much lighter than I expected.
Great price for a mobility scooter rental and excellent customer service! I recently visited Chicago for a convention at McCormick Place. When the on-site support could not provide a scooter, I reached out to Angelcare and they had one deliver to my hotel the next morning. I would not have been able to make full use of the facility without it. They were compassionate and responsive when I needed it.
Superior customer and delivery service. Needed an emergency power wheelchair and it was delivered within the hour. Glad I discovered this company.
