There was a delay in the delivery of my breast pump due to a misunderstanding between myself and Lenox. I expressed my frustration via email and was contacted immediately on a Saturday morning. Despite the initial confusion, I greatly appreciate their eagerness to resolve the problem. I will be receiving my pump today.

Chris was amazingly helpful while putting in the order of my pump, he went over and beyond to make my experience painless, and one less thing to stress about right before having Emma. He was quick to answer me and put my mind at ease about everything I threw his way. If I was his supervisor I would be thanking my lucky stars I have one employee I know I can count on to keep customers happy especially hormonal women :) if I could do this multiple times I would gladly for him, he deserves it!!!
Posted 3/21/18. My husband and I live in Crystal City. Since we live in the middle of our nation’s capital, we have family and friends that visit us pretty regularly. Our senior parents are not spring chickens anymore and require a little help in the form of a wheelchair when they visit. We have rented the Heavy Duty Scooter (wheel chair) from Lenox Medical twice now and have been very pleased. The first time we rented a wheelchair (12/21/17) they were exceptionally friendly and dropped off and picked up (which is included in the rental price) in a timely manner. The delivery person was very professional and friendly. The second time we rented a wheelchair, D.C. was in the middle of a snow storm. My family members flight was delayed by a day and I thought the same for the wheelchair. Nope, they delivered right on time. I was actually shocked. Everything had been shut down; work, schools, extra curricular activities, etc, but not the wheelchair rental. Exceptional customer service. Not to mention the rentals are decently priced. I will definitely be renting from them again. Highly recommend!
Chris helped me order a pump for my newborn son. He patiently listened to my questions and provided me with wonderful advice to meet my needs as a new mom. He immediately ordered the pump for me and followed up with me to confirm the order within a few hours. I could not have asked for a more positive, professional experience. Thank you, Chris!

I recently used Lenox Medical to get some much medical supplies. I needed these items before traveling abroad and they were professional and took great care of me. I was able to get my equipment in a timely fashion and take them on my trip. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
Responded immediately and made it very easy and convenient to get the Scooter to the site and pick it up on time. Allowed me to work with them over difficult signal (at my site) and still was able to exceed my expectations on when it would arrive. Would recommend to anyone in the area. I rented this scooter for my Mom visiting us for a few days. This rental was the best thing I did for her. She was able to enjoy site seeing and getting out to places like the trail at Old Town Alexandria and the towpath at Great Falls. She was thrilled and happy because it allowed her to enjoy all of the outdoor sites and experience it with her family. Lenox Medical has great rates and efficient pick up and drop off by courteous representatives. This was a "Slam Dunk" experience.
Chris was very helpful! He answered all my questions and even checked to see if an item I was looking for would be covered by insurance. ***update*** 11/12/18- They just lost all their stars, what was once a 5 star review is now a 1 star review only because I can’t give 0 stars. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had! I’ve been trying to get additional bottles and bags which are allowed by insurance for over 6 weeks! I’ve been told they are waiting to hear from my insurance or they are waiting to hear from a representative or call back on a specific day and time and then the person isn’t there. Just now, a representative from Lennox told me I can’t call them and tell them what I’m entitled to by insurance and that I should have my insurance call them. At this point I’m fed up! I wish I never initiated contact with this company. I’m done trying to get the supplies I need through them, I’ll just buy it out of pocket and get the reimbursement from my insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!
