These people have been wonderful to me, my friends, and family. They have been incredibly accommodating even bring our order out to the car when we couldn't come into the store!

The first question I was asked was how I would be paying. Prices were not marked. When I asked if my insurance would cover, she said it would take three days to process. And the entire time, she never stopped eating. Condescending and unprofessional. I do not recommend. I went elsewhere and got a better home nebulizer for one third the price.

Great service and take their time to make it right. They have more different medical supplies than I have seen at other medical supply stores.

Nice Family Run store with husband wife and daughter (a nurse!) working there. Nice selection of supplies and good service. You may find them working in the back even after they close they may come out an help you! Very challenging business with medicare and medicaid cuts, but they do a good job for you if they take your insurance. And they do take cash and credit cards! Convenient locaiton easy in and out. They do deliveries as well. Ask for owner Zak.

Went in to see about about getting a walker with a seat for my grandmother. The ins explain to us that there is 100% coverage. The manager there wouldnt accept it and told us it only covers 80%. He was very rude and disrespectful. He never checked anything and told us he has been doing this and that he knows what is covered. Please do not give them your time. It was unnecessary and unprofessional.

I called with some questions ahead of time. Then when I showed up and told him I was who called before, he walked with me around the store for 20 mins and helped me pick everything out that I needed. And it was all under $7! Great customer service and prices

Super attentive, very knowledgeable staff. They had the brake part I needed, installed it and then tested and adjusted every part on the walker - all just before closing time. Really great selection of equipment. Support small family owned businesses! (The son helped me)
