After realizing late in the afternoon on the Friday my wife was discharged from the hospital that she needed a hospital bed I called R&J. R&J went out of their normal routine to deliver and set up a bed that day. The young lady and gentleman that delivered and set up the bed were very courteous and kind. I certainly recommend this company
wonderful customer service-they made it so easy for us to be present for our granddaughter's baptism from out of town

If anyone needs hospital type items (such as an electric hospital bed--extra long even!) around this service area, contact this company. They are an extraordinary company with a caring group of associates. Called them around 8:00 am and they had everything delivered and set-up by 11:30 am. (Even procured an item they were out of stock from a company they partner with so, I had everything needed. All I have to do is notify them when to pick-up, after the items are no longer required. Rates are very reasonable...speedy service, peace of mind and their kindness--immeasurable. Called them because of their excellent ratings on Google....now I know why they rate so high!

Called for info and got the info! Even though the rep knew I wouldn't be a customer, he took the time to recommend a different vendor who provides a service R and J doesn't. Wow -- customer service! Who knew you could still get it?
Mike and his wife spent two hours with us explaining eveything we needed to know about my new mobility chair. The customer service here is second to none. They have a customer for life. Thank you very much.

My experience with R & J Medical Services has been a "5 Star" experience every time I have had contact with any member of this business. The business is owned by a very professional family...with every member there to offer exceptional knowledge of every product while all the time treating me with the care, compassion and understanding needed to meet my needs. It is not only a business...it is a family and they make you feel as if you are a part of it. And the "family" feeling does not end when u walk out the door. This is an outstanding Company with top notch Customer Service. They answered all questions with absolutely no pressure. We needed a hospital bed for my husband's recovery from knee surgery. The cost is reasonable and they delivered and set up the bed at the time they quoted to us. When it was time to return the bed we received the same professional service. Should we ever need medical equipment again, this is definitely the Company of choice.
Fabulous experience with this company. Needed a knee scooter right away, and the company fit it in to their delivery schedule the same day. They have been so nice and professional throughout the time we needed the equipment. Highly recommend. Would totally use R and J again. Just hope I don't need to! :)
