My husband was being released from the hospital and we needed a lift chair ASAP. Emma from Heavenly Wheels was amazing! She moved heaven and earth to get exactly what we needed. We are new to Atlanta, and are so happy to have found Heavenly Wheels!
Emma, with Heavenly Wheels, seemed to know exactly what we needed. Even though we insisted in trying out almost every lift chair in the store, Emma and her staff were patient, professional and caring. We had dealt with Emma before when we purchased a scooter. She remembered us and was aware of our particular needs. Such caring, professional service is not common in today's world, but we received it at Heavenly Wheels. Anyone who has a need for this type of equipment should definitely visit Heavenly Wheels and see Emma.
Customer Service was good. My only issue was I returned my motorized wheelchair a day early and the salesperson wouldn't refund me for the early return.
I needed forearm crutches to help me walk during recovery from ACL Surgery. I visited Heavenly Wheels in Johns Creek and was told they had them in their Atlanta location. I was anxious to have them same day but didn’t say anything, I was willing to wait a few days. The sales associate then tells me, “ ... it will be here within an hour or so. If you want to go to lunch and come back, we’ll have it for you.” WOW - Talk about customer service! You just don’t find this level of care from a retail store anymore. Great Teamwork & thank you so much for understanding how important it was for me to have them and not make me wait.
Heavenly Wheels has been very accommodating to me. I have rented a wheelchair so it would fit in a friend's car. I rented a mobility scooter to fly to Minneapolis. Everything was perfect.
Heavenly Wheels exceeded all my expectations. I had immediate needs and those immediate needs were addressed with compassion and efficiency. Both Emma and John (gentleman who delivered my mother's hospital bed) were both professional and caring. I am so grateful for the seamless experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.
