I have had problems with my charger. Their technician Chad is the best in the business; he fixed it all after a few visits (including on a SATURDAY and SUNDAY). now that is customer service. thanks for everything Total Mobility...
Seriously... OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! I broke my foot the day before we left for our “dream” vacation to Miami ( we are from Syracuse NY) ... When I arrived I found out very quickly that I am not adept at using crutches. I seared the web and cane upon the Total Mibility website. They dropped my wheelchair off to me... huh? Yes, THEY BROUGHT IT TO ME!!! How incredibly convenient for someone in my situation. They followed up the next day to see if I was happy and if I had questions- due to my error ( of not reading thoroughly) I had requested the wrong chair ... NO PROBLEM they said, they said we will be there in an hour to pick up the current chair and deliver the new one. I’m speechless. I was trying so hard to have a pity party about my vacation being ruined due to my injury but their excellent service allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation. I’m always skeptical about reviews - thinking that the employees write them, well I assure you 100% I had never heard of them or ever thought I’d need a service like this before yesterday. Harry with Total Mobility provided excellent service. I called at the last minute before my cruise requesting a scooter and he delivered the scooter to the ship port and picked it up promptly. The company was super easy to work with and I will certainly be a return cruise scooter rental customer! Thanks, Harry.
Thank You Harry!!! This was my first experience in having to purchasev any type of medical equipment. Harry was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, funny and caring. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know about knee scooters before I purchased one for my brother. I was having a bad day and Harry made that moment a little brighter. Thank You again. By the way Harry, my brother was very surprised at receiving the scooter. He now has "Total Mobility" to get around in his home.

Total Mobility Services offer an outstanding service, exceptional value for money and the customer service is second to none. I live the UK and have my vacations twice a year in Florida. I have no option but to hire a mobility scooter every time, so have experienced many scooter rental companies over the years. A couple of months ago I hired a scooter for a number of weeks from Total Mobility. The scooter was new, Harry and staff were very helpful and courteous - they clearly want their customers to have a very good experience. The rental invoice was absolutely transparent with NO hidden extras or charges. The cost of the hire was very good value for money. In future when vacating in Florida I will only use Total Mobility Services. Can't recommend them enough

This experience could not have been better. From them meeting me exactly where they said they would at the right time to them picking up the chair in the same fashion. I would highly recommend this service. What a delight ☺️
