I placed two orders with this outfit - the first was a cylinder head COMPLETE set that is supposed to include the head, all gaskets, all studs, head bolts, and head gasket. The second item was a complete timing chain set. Both orders were recieved in a timely manner. I made extended and very expensive arrangements to be home to do the work - I work 250 miles away. I got the engine torn down, and then learned that somehow the studs were missing in the "head set". Pissed but having no choice, transferred from the old head. Ready to install the head... and there is no head gasket in the "complete set"! Started calling them - nope, they are very particular about their long weekends but don't care at all about their customers'... It's been four days - no response from them. So I decided to at least get started and put the front end (timing chain stuff) together. No such luck - the guide mounting holes are not properly aligned with the holes in the block - about 1/4" from they are supposed to be. Yes, I can drill/expand one of the holes but now I am not sure I can depend on this stuff at ll, and wasting time is not on my list of priorities. Bottom line: two orders = tree screw ups. I called my credit card company and stopped the payment since this is the only way to attract their attention. Stay away! AMENDMENT: Two years/10,000 miles later, timing chain snapped - tensioner is leaking, one guide broken, timing cover broken.

Called and talked to guy on the phone who was very rude and condesending. Refused to tell me the brand of the head because it takes a lot of money to build the relationship between them and the company. Also said warranty is on thier website when i asked for it in writing.

I read a lot of mixed reviews about the company and on toyota forums but it was a hard deal to pass up. Placed an order for a new motor and things were going smoothly. It was a weird situation. My mother in California was paying for it and it was getting shipped to Hawaii where I'm stationed with the Army. I signed the contract and sent a photo copy of my id as they requested then continued to want my mother id and a photo of the card being used. My mother was uncomfortable with this and I tried reasoning with them and was passed off to some supervisor named Lou, wasn't given last name even though I asked. He continued to say Hawaii wasn't part of the country. I said it's a state within the United States. He then said "oh ok. When Pearl Harbor was attacked it wasn't and my wife is there right now. I'll tell you theres more Japanese than Americans. So if you want to call it part of the country sure we can say that." Seemed entirely unnecessary to say and not related to the situation as well as highly inaccurate and offensive. He then told me my mother now has to sign a new contract and send the required photos. By this point I was annoyed and agreed to just get this over with. My mother would understand. Moments after I get off the phone I get an email saying they cancelled my order cause they don't ship outside of the US. I immediately called back and they said because I was giving so much grief about the photos they just cancelled my order. Daniel seemed to be a rational guy and I understand he is just doing his job. But they complicated things way more than it needed to be and they couldn't called me about stuff instead just waited for me to call or sent me passive emails for updates. Already ordered another engine. Cost a little more but well worth it to save the headache.

Happy to have a motor with 0 miles in my truck. But as a customer it's a bit difficult to work with this company. Rep on the phone is very condescending.
