I thought people was lying posting reviews of this place if your gonna buy a bike from this place order it from China yourself or go to triple j in Norcross Sam is money hungry and his wife is a bitter old lady that treat customers like crappie I've been a customer way over 5 years

Absolute nightmare I bought a scooter from them brand new they only offer a 90 day warranty scooter stop running after 5 months it has less than 600 miles on it . I had it towed back to them at my expense and was willing​ to pay for any repairs as the warranty had expired. After multiple calls and not being able to get any information over the phone ( the lady is just rude and short whenever I would call) I finally showed up . By now my scooter had been there a month. It had not been touched. To make things worse they had no idea where it was. I had to wander around the building and find it. The lady who works the front desk is just plain rude, defensive and mean. These folks are horrible don't walk but run in the opposite direction if you are considering buying a scooter from them. Instead of being defensive/sarcastic you should try to improve your customer service. Im in the market for a second scooter. Guess who I will not buy one from?

I love it me and my twin brother went there on December 1st 2017 to buy a 150cc bike we absolutely loved it. And now I really one.... If I had the money to buy another I will and hopefully they will give me a discount love the bike/scooter. I will be buying from them again

I went in to replace sideview mirror on my scooter. Process was swift cosr $26 for the set but was charged $10 for his guy to put it on...wasn't happy but hey what can you do.

WOULDN'T EVEN GIVEN THIS 1 START, but had to in order to post: My Sister's and I are looking to rent 'Scooters' for the weekend we are going to be in Atlanta, called this place, and I had to check this old lady. simple put, RUDE!!! Like I told her, "I'm trying to bring you some business, please do not be nasty" her tone was nasty, kept over speaking me...I couldn't even ask 2, did you hear me? "TWO" questions without being cut off and her being very abrupt!! so, the reviews aren't wrong at ALL-they will loose business, period! I work in customer service, I know I to treat people and I was treated bad. And her comment below for 'Sam' to follow his own advice....WHO DOES THAT? What business facility do you know would point the finger back at the complaining customer, even IF they were wrong. (JUST SO HAPPENS HE WASN'T) so be nasty, be unhappy by your own-self Lady you just lost me, and HOPEFULLY ANOTHER 500. #INDY

I read the reviews about this place and I have always been the one to “try it for myself”. The service here was the worst I have experienced in all my life of living. I waited over an hour for Sam to return just so that he could tell me that he could not rent my girlfriend and I Moped. Remind you, his store does not have AC. He kept telling one of his workers to tell his customers he is 15 mins away but in reality he was an hour way. Once he entered he gave us the poorest excuse of why it took him so long to get to the store. He had a call out and he had prior engagements he had to fill. He told me if I wanted to rent I had to rent for a minimum of two days. Seeing that this is impossible for me to do because I’m visiting from another state. He pushed it off on me (the customer) to figure out what should we do! I offer to rent for the remaining of the day (they closed at 6pm) and he said couldn’t do that. He then proceeds to say I’m out of luck and that he was sorry I waited for nothing. I will NEVER give him my business because he does not value his customers. Sam I hope you learn from your reviews and apply it to your business. It make no sense to have workers who can not run your business while you are away. Have a great day!
