Keith is friendly and honest. They fix my buick in a timely manner. And have great communication. They made a new repeat customer in me. And i will only bring mine and my wife's car to Keith (austin car care) in the future.
I will say that Austin car care is some of the best car service I've ever had. Not only do they do evyething in a timely manner they are so nice.. I've been coming here for barely a year and they have never let me down. The friendliness of their staff warms my heart..
I am so happy I was referred to Austin Car Care several years ago because Keith Washington and all the mechanics have been AMAZING! I finally found honest mechanics & they have been the lowest price on all my repairs that I researched pricing on! They are always so nice and go above & beyond in customer service every time! I feel so confidant in referring family & friends to them for quality repairs at truly honest prices! They have come to my rescue a number of times!
Okay. Update. I posted original that i was too impressed. Mr. Washington is a stand up man. Just a little miscommunication on our parts. He stood by his warranty 100%. Good way to do business.
I will give an update as soon as I hear back from them. 2 weeks ago, my sons engine blew. The guy who I worked with ( Mr. Washington )seemed nice enough and gave me an "honest estimate" but by the time I paid for the car , it was about 200.00 more. I was cool with that, since he seemed like he knew what he was talking about and not out to take me for a ride. Well 2 days and about 75 miles, after paying 2900.00 for a used engine and a 12 month/50,000 mile protection. The car died on the road and my son was stranded. He called and they did show up and tow his car. It has been 2 weeks and they have not made the effort to keep me in the loop as to an ETA on when the car will be ready. I have had to contact them, in order for them to give me any kind of information. Whomever I am working with seemed to initially place some blame on my son for the engine issue, but I think he realized that some things were done incorrectly on his mechanics end, and quickly deferred to that. So as of today 4/19/2018 , while it has not been the best experience , I have had worse. My son has texted Mr. Washington continually and no response. Only when I text him, will he respond. It is not my car , so I am not sure what the issue is. Normally, I would not post such a long drawn out review, but 2 weeks to repair a car that initially took less then 7 days when I was paying 2900.00 doesn't make sense. So far I am not impressed by the customer service of this business.
I used the services of Austin Auto Care by chance based on reviews. I had so many mechanics mess over me by doing wrong work and over charging in the past. Mr. Washington and his family, over the past year, has worked on 3 of my vehicles. They have provided services with an unbeatable price EACH AND EVERY time. Thank you so much Mr. Keith!
