My car broke down literally right across the street at the Taco Bell so I called and asked if they had a tow truck. They came and got me, and when we got to the shop the tow truck driver walked us into the office and went behind the counter and started joking and playing with the person behind the counter. It's like the tow truck driver worked there. My alternator had gone out. When I got my bill it was $750 which from all of my other quotes seemed expensive. They charged me $85 to pull me across the street. Then when I got in my car the next day I noticed that the visor above my driver window that keeps rain from coming on was broken. Upon further investigation I noticed that pieces of it were all over the floorboard of my car. When I called to tell the manager he insisted that it wasn't them and that he knows for a fact that they didn't do it. I told him that didn't make sense when my car was only opened by them and that had to be how it was on my floorboard. After I told him that he said he "doesn't know who wanders around the parking lot while they aren't there and that if an after market piece of plastic gets broken then it's not their fault" he kept saying "well what do you want ME to do about it?!?" All and all if I had the chance to go back to the day I got towed I would definitely choose a different shop!

12/2016 4 Stars Great service and nice employees. Some discrepancies in **pricing** but otherwise perfect. Update** 10/2017 2 Stars I'm not sure what the owner's response to my original post was about, as it had nothing to do with parking, but having the opportunity to visit again for some minor repairs I was charged nearly $900. After going to another mechanic after the fact I was told that the work (Labour included) should have cost no more than $400. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt but after this, now several red flags, I won't be returning. Plus it's clear the moderator is not actually reading this responses.

I have never in my life experienced such a mess first off they charged me 200$ for tow then refused to give me back parts to my car spoke with the owner and he continued to say he does not know what I’m talking about I can not believe a business I’d being ran like this if you are cash paying don’t go there they are an insurance rip off

Very pleased with the quality of service provided and the level of professionalism. I was fortunate enough to have both front brakes and a rotor replaced at the best price. Angel was so nice and even helped me with financing !

Love this place! Very convenient from where I work, quick and great prices! They also have a tow company which is very convenient when you brake down. Very helpful with financing. Before I bought my Cadillac I had a mustang which I would take no where else. From an oil change to damages done from a minor collision they have always taken great care of my cars. I also had to get repairs done on my 2014 ATS which Angel helped me navigate my warranty and insurance. One day I happened to be in the area of Covert Cadillac and thought I'd just stop in and get an oil change, WORSE THING EVER. An oil change took 1 45 mins.. I also had my toddler with me. Never again. NOW I routinely get my oil change from ASA and the turn around time is very quick with the same product quality as Covert.

We use ASA for all our fleet needs, everything from routine oil changes to several of our major diesel, hydraulic and transmission repairs. ASA has helped us maintain our units: everything from our 2007 to our 2018 Ford F350, F450, Dodge 5500's. ASA keeps our fleet on the road! Highly recommend!!

Had my second perfect experience with these guys yesterday. They are fast, friendly and really reasonably priced. I have taken my BMW to a variety of places and no one has been even close to as good. Go there and you will be happy.

I take my car here all the time. I always get a good price and get my car on time. The mechanics always know what they’re talking about and give good advice to keep my car well maintenance and to prevent-future problems from happening. I give this company a 5 star that is well deserved and will continue to give good word mouth for them. I highly recommend going here.
