I was next door at Hoshi's getting my oil changed and asked for a recommendation to have the screw removed from my tire. They sent me to Barnsley, who got me in right after my oil change and they were done repairing my tire in about 45 minutes. Then, they didn't charge me!! I will definitely be taking my car back to them for tires next time I need them. Great customer service.

Unreliable customer service. My partner took in a flat for repair and have amazing customer service and highly recommends their work. I took in my flat and was refused to even make an appointment to fix it even a week out, no recommendation of when is a decent time to drop off my car other than in January when less busy. They seemed annoyed that I even showed up to request service. Don’t stop in with a flat if they appear to have customers.
I am completely satisfied: my steering wheel was vibrating at high speeds, I called an got an appointment for the next day. I dropped my car to a very nice person at the front desk, left my number and they called 45 minutes later to tell me the issue was fixed. As it didn't require too much work, they didn't charge me for it. Thank you so much for the help, I'll definitely come back if needed!
As a full-time rideshare driver it is imperative for my car to be in top condition and for repairs to be completed promptly when I need them to avoid losing time on the road. Barnsley was recommended to me by multiple riders and now I know why! Excellent service, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, timely repairs AND great pricing! Wow! Thank you!! Came in for a routine tire rotation and balance. They did a great job, but I noticed a scraping sound later that day. I brought the truck back in for them to look at and they fixed a separate issue that was not their fault free of charge. They let me watch them work on the car too, which I always appreciate. Bottom Line: Quick and good customer service.
