Dave and his team always get me in and out without any issues or high pressure sales like other mechanics. It's just a honest shop that takes pride in everything they do. From a new clutch to fan belts to a simple oil change everything has been easy and straight forward. I've been referring everyone to them as they are a pleasure to work with

Beat customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me in for a service on a short notice. They provided a complementary inspection of the things I asked for and gave me a web link to veiw the detailed results and photos of what they found. And as far as the price, it was much less than getting services done at a dealership but again treated with excellent customer service. Highly recommend giving them a try!

The engine for my Lexus went out, and i needed a whole new engine. Integrity auto helped me through the whole process and we're fair with the price and telling me what was going on. I had my Lexus at other shops before taking it to integrity, and none of the other shops gave me good estimate and didn't care about my situation like integrity did. The everyone at integrity was very helpful through the whole process.

The staff here have to be some of the most generous and kind hearted people I have ever met at an Auto Care shop!! My jeep stalled out near them and I am SO thankful that it did. They ran a diagnostic, went through trouble shooting my vehicles issue, and had me back on the road in a timely manner. They are incredibly good at what they do here and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back if needed. <3

I love this place for my car repair needs. Having older vehicles 2008 and 2009, it has been difficult to find a repair shop that does not try to sell me extra services that are not needed. Dave has always been upfront, I was ecstatic to that other than the 1 minor recommendation there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Integrity Auto Care is excellent and I highly recommend them!

I have been through hell and back with my car! I was referred to Integrity Auto Care through my dad who knew Jeff. I was really scared and hesitant because I literally just had my car in a different shop that really messed up my car and I spent $7030 at this other shop and got a new engine and more and my car still was not working properly. Other shops didn’t feel comfortable looking at my car or helping me because it was just freshly worked on and was having issues from the previous shop that worked on it. Both of the owners Jeff and Dave at Integrity Auto Care brought me in with open arms listened to absolutely everything I had to say and we’re so kind and patient. They are a very busy shop from what I have seen but these guys have really been here for me and taken such good care of me and never made me feel like I was a bother! They have put in ALOT of time figuring out what exactly is going on with my car! We found out that my new engine was having issues (luckily it was under a warranty) so I had to get yet another new engine. They REALLY care a lot about their customers and go above and beyond like I have never seen from an auto shop! I have even had to call them since my new engine because another issue and Jeff has personally came to me twice to help and take care of the problem I was having! They are a truly blessing! I would not have my car right now if it weren’t for them, they never gave up on me or got frustrated with me, they stayed with me until we were able to figure out ALL of the issues my car was having and fix everything. This is one shop you truly can walk into and TRUST and know that they WILL take care of you and they DO CARE about their customers!

I was referred by a friend and my friend definitely had the best advice. Integrity auto service is fast and convenient. I have called them for same day service and they were able to meet and please my needs. They are very honest and they always offer some great deals to make the pricing of your service not break your bank or tear hole in your pocket. What’s even better is they offer military discounts to military personnel 👍 I definitely recommend Integrity Auto Care! Thank you Dave, Jenn, and to your mechanics I appreciate you, you guys are the best!
