Everyone is so friendly and I never feel like I'm being ten advantage of.
Customer service was great, The team there is very knowledgeable and always quoting me the most accurate repairs for my car. I will definitely come back again to this location.
I find it super unprofessional for me to call in as a customer to find out the price to something and Mark tells me that hes busy doesn't have the time to look up my year make and model to give me a price. Even if the store is busy you say can you hold one min and i could easily wait. After i told him how rude that commentwas i asked for the manager and he saids there was no one that his name is mark and hangs up. What kind of customer service is that? For someone thats has 6 cars out of my house hold go to this place i dont think this is the best way to treat a customer. I wont be getting service there since they are to busy!
Looked for a place to bring my car for it's inspection sticker and found JB Auto. Very satisfied with the customer service. Most definitely would recommend them and for a return visit. Thank you
very honest Steve was amazing took his time explaining detail and lemon law also kept in touch with me making sure I didnt get the run around about getting my money back. amazing and caring for a person he does not know just knows I have children and said my car is not safe for me or my children

Every experience I've had at the shop has been positive. They have top-notch customer service. They explain things to you in detail and have pricing worked up by the time they speak with you. They'll send you texts/pictures of what they find once they start working on your car. There are no pressure tactics. From routine oil changes to brake work, I've been very pleased with JB Auto and the service I've received.
